Haibike has definitely stepped their game up from a quality and looks stand point. This is by far the nicest ebike they've offered & seems from a quality, looks, parts etc standpoint to be on par with the more mainstream brands like trek, Cannondale, specialized, Scott etc.
That bike looks really tidy, less bulky than the previous model, Haibike is definitely working hard on their improvements. The "snowfoot" can was on point Tom, that short take off shows just how much of an advantage an e-bike has over analogue. Some of those manuals into the trails looked epic. Make sure Kara is fully defrosted for the next video, I hope you got her a coffee and a cake after that. Great video Tom!
‘Clipless’ is the opposite of ‘flat’ when it comes to pedals btw. The term clipless, referring to cleats and you being ‘clipped’ to the bike, comes from when road pedals used to have ‘clips’ and straps to hold your foot in place. When they switched to cleats, they were called clipless as they were moving away from clips and straps
Just started watching your channel And really enjoying it But could you do a operation of the control system and the setup off suspension etc of this bike Pretty please
I fully agree that matt black looks pretty good on bikes. On the other hand, glossy black seems outright hideous. Well, at least to me. 😉 Dont know why that is
Tom Did You Change Model of New Allmtn Earlier in Year it was a 11 in Germany with Bosch now you got 10 with Yamaha PW X3 & Same 720Wh Battery & Motor my Allmtn 2 got
Nice looking Bike Tom I’m not familiar with Haibike I see lots of Treks Giants specialised etc over here in New Zealand what size battery do they have . I have a Trek Rail with 500 watts battery they are a great bike but wish I could afford the bit extra money for the bigger battery model.
The motor is basically the same as the one in the Giant besides software. I put 800wh in my Giant. I know that you can't upgrade some of the batteries in The Treks doesn't make the Trek a bad bike it's just nice that Giant does that mind you the battery is not cheap!
So it'snot your bike. It's a laoner, from the sponsor. Must be nice. However, ya miserably fail at telling the negatives of the Haibike Allmtn and the yamaha pw-x3 motor.
Love seeing u an your gf an sam but I can't stand e bike I'm 36 an love me hard tale e bikes an real riding o think it's lazy lol just my opinion tho keep up good vids
I hate Haibike. I owned a 2020 Haibike Almtn and loved it. Unfortunately, the seat stay broke in half. I wanted another Haibike to replace it but Haibike decided to stop selling most of their models in the US. Haibike, you broke my heart. I had to settle for an American brand's bike, which I won't mention because it is a great bike. It is not a Haibke, though. Now I get to watch all the people in Europe ride Haibikes with great pleasure and I am left to suffer. Thanks a lot for nothing. To you, all the people at Haibike, the next time you watch a video like this in which someone like Tom Cardy gets to enjoy a Haibike, I hope you choke on your coffee for what you have done to me and others like me across the United States.
