THE FIRST SUICIDE SQUAD | Absolute Power: Origins #2 In-Depth Review 

I really appreciate the fleshing out of Waller here. I'm glad they're portraying her as a definite antagonist, but not necessarily one in some irredeemable false ideas. She genuinely believes that what she is doing is for the best, and uses any justification to make her plans come to fruition. This story reminds me of Walter White.

The original Suicide Squad was a "Dirty Dozen" type commando squad in WW2. Col. Flag was a legacy member in the 80s remake.

Does this story revisit ' Legends' from the 80s?

Doesn't seem redundant we've already made a suicide squad book. Yes it was by Nicole means but people come on just because she's trans and just because she's a superhero doesn't give you the right to hate on her comic book. I actually gave the book a 10 out of 10 when it first came out suicide squad dream team came out about March and I feel like that's better than whatever this garbage is, well not garbage but it still doesn't be with Nicole main stars I don't know if I'm speaking from experience or as a fan but I feel like Nicole mean get a clever job in suicide squad dream team but that's just me. I also feel like DC doesn't want anything to do a dreamer and that's understandable. You cannot watch the character. I'm talking about fans here, not the writers of DC for crying out loud. My name is dreamer in DC comics that doesn't tell you I'm a huge fan then went well. I just want Nicole means to do better or not do better but to strive when I'm trying to say is that I feel like the suicide squad. Dream team is going to get overlooked with this new rise of the suicide squad, and that kind of makes me upset not because I want that book to fail or not because I have a vendetta against other riders, but because dreamer woked her butt off to get suicide squad into current continuity whether that was planned or not it was still Nicole means brilliant idea to write. The suicide squad in there regardless, if they were gonna do it anyway or not, I still think Nicole Maines deserves flowers literally she needs to have her cake and eat it too the way they killed dreamer off is disgusting and I know it's the further story but I'm still new to comic books. I'm willing to have a friendly debate in the comments just please don't criticize me for not knowing anything. Please educate me instead anyway, if you'd like this book, I'm not bashing you , but I'm going to end it here by saying Nicole means is an amazing woman and the fact that she had a dream to bring dreamer into the comic books speaks volumes. I just feel like DC doesn't want her I know she still never understood a lot of marketing they can do with her comic books or just scratching the surface of a dreamer. This awesome character can do wish I can meet her in person but I can't maybe one day anyway I'm going off on a tangent if you love this book, not bashing you but again Nicole means fabulous writer. God can you imagine being related to Amanda fucking Waller of all people? The trauma and complexes you’d have would be legendary. Especially after absolute power……sheesh.
