I am a first time father with one on the way. I can see how uncomfortable and happy my wife can be at the same time. I myself and am excited and so nervous, but confident. I am pulling strong will power to make sure that my wife is as motivated comfortable and in a great head space but using my energy to boost her confidence in herself. I am making sure to listen as much as I can so that I am to be ready when she needs me. We’ve been married 5yrs and together 15 total and this is an entire new experience for me to say the least 😅😁
We have the loveliest ultrasound scan pic from 12 weeks with our first, where she was sucking on her big toe. It's amazing to see the whole and complete looking little baby on that 12 week scan

Hello I have been so lost in information, and am pretty over my head. Y’all’s videos have helped so much. I would love to hear more from the first time fathers perspective like this one but longer. I have been reading and watching videos and tend to stress myself out by thinking about all the info and how I want every single thing to be perfect for my partner, it keeps me up at night and today I even had a nervous breakdown (my first ever) I don’t want to add stress to my partner so I haven’t voiced much on these concerns.
Great videos tons of knowledge. I was hoping this one would dive into how the dad should be prepared to deal with the moms emotions aka hormones. My OBGYN told me 1/2 of her patients are taking an antidepressant I am on one too I was feeling so bad and guilty about my mood swings until she said it’s totally normal.

Man am going through that and it's hard sometimes i feel i hate home now days, she doesn't talk to me for no reason, she doesn't even ask how my day was anymore, to day i feel like crying and i wish i could go sleep in the car. But i will pray hard
Hi Sofia. It is not normal for pregnancy to cause severe headaches, though some people with migraines do find they increase in the first trimester. Pregnant women also can get more easily dehydrated leading to some mild headaches. But if you are having new onset severe headaches you should absolutely talk to you doctor!!
So I don't know why they don't point out the other symptoms as in the light cramps by the pelvic area and uterus. My fiance she is having light cramps on each side and she doesn't know why but I what I respond is "baby it's ok it's all part of the journey of pregnancy" idk if I'm wrong or right but hopefully somebody can help me and my fiance find ease and a piece of mind. Ever since we last were together last month of Jun 2022 it is know August 2022 and i haven't seen her at all... @@SuperMessiah123 hi congratulations to you guys and it finally went away after posting this maybe 3 or 4 weeks after on its own thank god. So hopefully in a couple weeks more it will be gone. I think total time it lasted for me was like a month and a half or two months.
Hey so my girlfriend is 8 weeks pregnant as of now and... she's been very annoyed with me and distant at this time. and im trying my best everyday to be loving and supportive but i find that she get's annoyed or mad at most things i do and is ver very distant Rn. any advice on what i could do? should i give her space and time and just be there in case she needs me or should i talk to her about how i feel? idk what im doing lol
I love you guys and the video but the way y’all continuously look back at each other randomly is pretty funny to me for some reason 😂 I’ll be a dad in about 7 months. Love these educational videos and feel so good about myself knowing I actually want to learn , I never knew in a million years that I would feel this way about an unborn child. I never really liked/understood kids or babies for a long time and over the past few weeks I am noticing some pretty wild changes positively effecting my mental health instead of what I thought I was going to feel like. Really is a growth experience
: I am 11 days late on periods but have intermittent cramping,white- pale yellow, sometimes with light reddish like vaginal discharge, mucous like too . I feel nauseated often and not interested in food. Pls advise about my condition.
