This clip was recently introduced in a RU-vid channel in Korea. The man is CEO/owner of very large company (with its own basketball team) in Korea, well known for never talking to any media, who just once a year turns into an enthusiastic audiophile in Munchen show ONLY.
What a great gentleman. One of the boys a beer and his toys and wicked sense of humor . Not often do you have the privilege to see and hear part of music history from a bygone era. These speakers would hold there own against the latest products of today ...period .:)
Led Zeppelin out of a 1926 Western Electric loudspeaker. It don't get more rock n roll than that, and you don't even need a megawatt amplification system!
the room was probably not treated properly for them but they are exceptional for their age, I have an gramophone from 1919 and it sounds awful compared to my jbl j325a which are not the best speakers
+Kenneth Jensen Do we assume you have one ear... since it WAS bleeding? That would explain why this wouldn't sound 'that good'... BTW - these weren't designed to listen to standing front of the horns - they were for theaters.
Yes. , I agree. These speakers are pure bullshit. Don't like the very boxed and dark sound of this crap. Try instead ELS speakers, SoudLab e.g. and you will never go back.
