For a beginner I would recommend getting a double bevel miter saw corded because getting cordless miter saws is dumb as hell over a table saw first now if you got the money and you have the space yeah table saw is going to be on the top of the list but for somebody starting out if they already have a circular saw you really should get a good miter saw and those are a lot more affordable than a good table saw
