the second they tried to push Iris into the forefront and go "we are the flash" I knew the ship had sprung a leak. its been slowly sinking ever since. Now they have black richard simmons as a speedster and XS, the fastest karen alive.

They're making the same mistake the Spider-Man writers have made. Over 10 characters have Spider-Man's powers in the comics (on the same planet and timeline). Spider-Girl, Spider-Woman, Spider-Gwen, Miles Moralez, Kaine, Ben Reily, Silk, etc

I had no idea this show was still goin. First and second seasons were pretty nice, but it got progressively worse.

I gave up on this show about 3 seasons ago when it became "The Iris: Guest Starring The Flaah" it is terrible.

Even Barry's suit looks like it's been downgraded. lol

Actors used to run on treadmills to simulate movement, but that's just too much effort for Hollywood nowadays.

I dipped out of the flash ever since the season they started the "We are the Flash" bs. Where Iris got his powers for about a minute, and was still using them better than he ever did...

One of the worst parts of this show isn't the SJW nonsense, it isn't even the effects. It's the fact that all this crazy stuff happens, and somehow the 4 millennials working at Star Lab have an answer for it within 24 hours.

People will only take being preached to for so long. I checked out when Iris told Barry to go get coffee while she, Cisco, and Caitlyn solved a problem. Does anyone in this show know where they can get a gym membership? Grant looks skinny fat, XS? looks really heavy below the waist, and Impulse is muscular fat. Heck, John Wesley Shipp is in better shape than all of them and he's 65.

I mean they race swapped everyone except the Flash, so it's not like this is a surprise. Even in the much lauded season one EVERY EPISODE is based around Flash being extremely stupid and incompetent. Except like ONE where he fights another speedster, that one is fine. EVERY OTHER EPISODE THOUGH!

first 2 seasons of flash were quality. zoom was an amazing villain, stopped watching since recent season.

Flash was getting worse over the last several seasons, and the final nail in the coffin was how they dumped Hartley Sawyer.

This show has de-evolved to absolute nonsense. First season was pretty good. And then it was downhill from there. Poor writing with the same old "Barry you gotta fight another speedster" bit. But the last few years it has just been dripping with identity politics and dudes crying. I have had quite enough of this crap, no thank you.

The thing about these God speedsters is that they look like the white power ranger- you know the first old version.

The Flash: The story of a step brother falling in love and marrying his step sister. Show was creepy.

Barry and iris are technically foster brother and sister in this time line so Bart flirting with Nora makes sense, it's a family tradition.

Honestly my first thought was that this looked like those old Power Ranger shows, where they used model (empty) cities when fighting in those large robots and such

The bad effects and the overly saturated colours make it look like an old episode of Power Rangers.

Arrowverse ended when Ollie died. I actually stopped caring about the other shows around season 5 of arrow. Except Legends that show is crap and it knows it. At least it plays to it's strengths.

Its funny because the actress who plays Barry and Iris's daughter turns 37 years old this year and she's older than both the actors who play her parents. I'd be embarrassed to to be an actor on this show lol.

I still think it had potential at the first season even with some of the things that annoyed the hell out me. When it became the iris west show I checked out completely.

Can you imagine running at the speed of the Flash and a bug hits you in the eye? Why is Bart the only one smart enough to wear eye protection? :-)

I'm a flash fan, and i enjoyed the first 3 seasons but after that it took all my strenght just to keep watching till i just dropped the show. Writers are trash, actors are decent i guess.

The first 2 seasons were good. After that the story quality has gone down quickly.

I was finally out when the daughter of Flash and Iris appeared, who didn't want to influence the past, but hey I am your daughter! Then she let's an evil speedster get away just to make sure someone is ok, who is obviously ok. And so on... A traumatic series. I wonder how I watched so many seasons of it.

The Flash is honestly painful to watch at this point. Seasons 3-6 made so many mistakes with basic elements of storytelling, but season 7 went absolutely nuclear. Even if you put aside the maddening nonsense that's so prevalent in the show, they make so many basic mistakes that even people with no knowledge of the writing process wouldn't make. They go out of their way to undermine the stakes of the show, teasing the deaths of characters so many times that nothing matters, erasing any consequences to anyone's actions, and failing to convey even a basic emotional tone. Not to mention the horrible CGI they display at every available opportunity. I stuck it out until the halfway mark, but this season is honestly unwatchable. No idea how this happened, but as a writer myself, it's sad to see so much wasted potential. Really hope they learn from this and let the show end.

Dude I issued to love this show the first two seasons and then mid season 3 you can literally tell where they went full diversity politics instead of being a show about the flash it’s fucking awe full how bad it is now

The show has devolved to where it needs to be put out of its misery. However, the folks at CW are probably thinking the problem is they need to add some scissoring to the show.

I tried so hard to stick with Flash, but it did the same thing Arrow did, meaning it started off good for a few seasons then went downhill every season after that.

I stopped watching this show I guess after S3! The most annoying character goes to IRIS! I liked Jessica Parker Kennedy in Black Sails though!

Bat woman and super girl killed it, The overly redundant plot of evil faster speedsters, and the random removal of favored cast memebers, and the overt woke dialog mixed with replacing everyone with a female, braver and stronger, became tedious and over the threshold. Why even call it the Flash if he isn't the fastest man alive, kinda the whole claim to fame no? who's not faster, reverse flash, Zoom, Godspeed, his daughter, now his son, and even His non-speedster speedster wife is faster. No more speed force but a love force? Lame. Whole point of the speed force is that it was an elemental force of nature. Nah, that doesn't hurt the entire fabric of reality. Not at all. We have the Love Force now, I am waiting for the care bears to start jumping around Barry Allen as her runs in his empty cites. Plus, they bench Cisco. Clearly the actor must be running from the debacle. Ant man became the Wasp movie, Avengers became Femforce, Ghostbusters became the joke rather then having jokes, Terminator literally recons John Connors Death making 3 movies literally needless plotline, and the examples just keep going. I really hope they don't move onto any other franchise. I am having a hard time thinking of any great movie that hasn't been entirely emasculated with the cheap bait and switch. Star Wars, Star Trek, LOTR, Doctor Who, Thor, Loki, Batman, Superman, Arrow, Goonies(Finding Ohana "commie version"), Captain America, Iron Man, every father in ever sitcom, Top Gun, Men in Black, Predictor, Walking Dead, Pirates of the Caribbean,...and they're not emasculating the men they are Butching the women into borderline trans-men. She-Hulk, Captain America Carter edition, Captain Marvel, and Taskmaster... and when that fails they jump to literal gay versions to pander again, can't miss an intersection. Less we forget the erasure of every red head in animation and comics for some one either black, black and gay, or black gay women, or black gay women trans, or black gay women trans in a wheel chair, or black women gay trans in a wheel chair Muslim, or black women gay trans in a wheel chair Muslim on homeless and Social Justice warrior... the changes never stop. Clearly this has nothing to do with ratings or good television and everything with brainwashing our youth with the fad identity ideology of the week.

How is Barry's costume so much worse? literally just a cloth fabric suit, like one you buy for cheap cosplay, not one that is professionally made for the real show? They literally have a decent costume from earlier seasons, how could they lose it? or worse, actively chose to use the worse one?

Did they even ask Tree to run in casting? This all looks bad. I’m so happy I watch these shows through Az 🤣

To be fair, they are using speed hacks and moving so fast the PS2 graphics engine can't render the people or cars fast enough ;)

This show started out really good I've watched every season painful has of late I would say it started really going downhill after season 3 the thing about all the shows is he was just happy to see your favorite Heroes in live adaptation but with non-canon material bad writers woke agenda thing's have fell off fast and we are the Flash was the first bullet to the heart damn you iris!
