I am a bit disappointed about the list so ... here is mine 10 . In season 1 episode 2 or 3 Barry stops time to tell Iris he loves her while she is having a coffee as the sugar flows down . 9 . Barry stops Iris from telling the court he is The Flash season 4 8. After finding out Zoom is fake Jay , Barry learns to calculate fast and puts the basis of the speed equation very fast 7. After Zoom broke his back , Barry managed to super sonic punch Grodd just enough to push him to Earth 2 Gorrilla City . May not seem much but with his back broken his speed glitching all day , also having vivid PTSD about Zoom draining him , Welcome back Flash ! 6 .The Flash and XS punches Reverse Flash using super sonic but also a breach Cisco used and the arrival of Team Flash ruins the speed moment ( season 5 ) 5. Barry punches pizza face Barry before he can return to his suit and leave . Think about it . He took his future would be self by surprise just like a funny clip where a priest is question rather he can see into the future and the host of the show smacks him saying he should have seen that and he is a fraud 4.
