It's winter but we're making progress on The Flatrock Food Forest! This is Part II of the 5th instalment in our series. Most of you may not know that we're in zone 5b and despite our short season, we have lots of options! We've got big plans for plant out in the spring including almost 70 fruit/nut/berry trees as well as a 100 tree shelter belt! In this video, we talk through the fruit trees we have chosen for the project.
