The boozer flys again for the first time in 75 years! We are so exited to have her up again flying to honor my grandfather, Charles Wesley Miller. The flightline 2000mm B-24 is one of the most beautiful planes I have ever bought and she flys great. We will be trying it on 3s in the coming weeks and adding the hobby eagle gyro to see if we can slow it down and get her to fly more scale. @@MerryBoozerRC I just opened a Facebook account yesterday. I know only a little, my dad was evidently scarred by the war and would never talk about it. I did meet, Houck, the ball turret gunner many years ago and was able to ask him about their experiences.

we really need to get it out and fly it again on the channel. the extra pilots are actually from motion rc i believe they are from the P38 but i just cant remember i did this so long ago now.

I got into this crazy RC airplane hobby about a year ago. At some point I would love to own a B-24. My father was a pilot on one in the South Pacific. Nice tribute to your Granddad.

Olive drab it’s close but not exactly correct. The best way is take a part to Home Depot and get a sample of color match

Indeed, but the stores at my place only have wall paint and I don't think that will do on a model. 🙂

@@MerryBoozerRC I was an engineer in the Army and saw a picture of my grandfather and he had an engineer pin on. I've since learned a couple few stories, but yeah need to hear more and spread more, especially our family.

heyjack fpv 2 3000 4s and it flys around 10 minutes depending on how hard your flying

You can definitely use a Y and you can also fly it on 3s don’t know about the 8000 depending on the shape of the battery it’s possible but when they get that big I need measurements
