Not the turn I expected this story to take, but certainly a welcome one! Always good when you're able to comfort someone you care about when they're in a low point
punching a bunch of pillows can help, but doing it too often can form a positive feedback loop between getting angry and venting that anger with physical violence, so be sure to not do it too much :)
Down days suck and things can easily go from bad to worse. Doubly so if the cause is something frustrating. Cooldown hugs are a genuinely good way to deal with it all though.
