The flower dance - Lets play Stardew valley 1.5 - Part 10 

If only you could dance with pam! Also haley is the only possible person you could dance with on year 1 (edit- actually shane is also possible if you buy him 2 beers every week and gift him one for his birthday) if you get one of her loved gifts from the travelling merchant and give it to her on her birthday. As long as you gift her 2 liked things a week up to the flower dance and a loved gift you will be at 4 hearts. Thats how I did it! :D
