Since the 18th century, the descendants of the Elie de Beaumont endeavored to preserve and transmit the values of the château de Canon. Now called de Mézerac, this same family opened it's place to the public and use the castle and it's domain for many activities like receptions, visits and cultural events. With Marguerite de Mezerac as director, an ancestral know-how always held by the château is re-imagined : cultivate flowers, but in a more sustainable way with the creation of a brand new flower farm.
