GOOD AFTERNOON GAMERS. If you're watching this the day of posting, I'll be streaming on Twitch from 4PM to 6PM EDT: www.twitch.tv/spicygavino. What games would you like to see me play on stream? :)
Not to be too literal but you do realize what the founding fathers wanted was Superior cutting-edge Firepower in the hands of their civilians for the express purpose of combating the tyrannical government at the time. And in perpetuity. Nah you guys are not that smart.
Nice video, man. To the best of my knowledge, it's just one dev - Anton Hands. He has a youtube channel where every friday he talks about new stuff being developed for the game!
It is heart warming beyond reckoning that this man assumes there's a team behind a game of this depth and polish, and it's still ONE FUCKING DUDE who just STARTED making a game a few years ago AND WILL. NOT. STOP. "Wonderful."
I have been playing the game for several years. Anton the dev indeed puts a lot of love into the game, although quite frankly it stretches out to several contents that require too much work for one developer, burning him out every once in a while. He's still learning along the way and how the game evolves with him is very transparent, and the community is happy with it. After you've had a taste of each and every scene/gamemode, there isn't much to explore in terms of gameplay, but you'll always come back for guns which is what this game revolves around. H3VR easily has the most detailed and satisfying firearm manipulation you can get in VR. And if you're looking for even more guns, maps, or gadgets, us modders are suffering in your stead to bring them to life. There aren't that many VR games at this price range that brings this much content.
They even added the Dardick revolver and rifle, damn, which for those who don’t know the Dardick revolver is a mag fed revolver and yes it existed and there was a kit you could mount the revolver in to make it the rifle
I own probably every VR shooter game there is, and H3VR is my go-to game, every time. It beats all the others in terms of weapon functionality, authenticity, variety, customizability, ballistics, and physics. And the best part is, Anton Hand (the dev) is constantly issuing updates, and with the awesome things he has planned, H3VR is only going to get better.
Very, very much agreed. The other shooters are fun for their gameplay, but nothing compares to H3VR in terms of maximizing how VR makes things feel real. Every part of the gunplay feels like ASMR
Really glad you enjoyed Seal :) it’s a blast making these videos. My channel is brand spankin’ new, so if you wanna help a small RU-vidr out, the notification bell and a share go a really long way!
I was introduced to this game by jeditobiwan's funny reload videos, and ever since then, I've wanted to get VR for the sole purpose of playing this game. When I finally upgraded my pc after buing a quest 2, this was the first game I bought.
I bought an Index specifically to play this game. I've put hundreds more hours into it than any other VR game, and will do so until I die, I expect. Some people bitch that it's never gone on sale, but $20 for 400 (and growing) firearms, with active dev support constantly adding new maps, features and systems for modders to then run rampant with, this game EASILY contests Skyrim for my most replayable game ever.
as much as i love H3 content and want ohter people to play it and its enormous modding scene whenever i find a new creator its usually all America more like merica jokes and them trying to figure out the basic controls while also trying to figure out how guns work literally bypassing all the great tutorials just to embarrass themselves and say the game is bad OH and cant forget none stop complaining about the enemies being hot dogs and the lack of multiplayer even though the dev out lord and meat savior Anton has explained it countless times so this was a breath of fresh air i applaud you sir
H3VR alone would make getting VR completely worth while. You can put countless hours into the game, and it only gets crazier when you look into the modding community.
Good video. Glad to see more people getting into H3VR. I don't see it brought up enough when talking about quintessential VR titles. I think that has to do with the higher than average barrier to entry, which is why I went about making some tutorial videos of my own. They are pretty dry, but can help you get the basics. Hope to see more H3VR vids.
Oh yeah, I think that’s very much the case. I know a few people who’ve refunded H3 because they couldn’t get past the control setup, which is a bummer. This game is very much one of the VR greats.
The developer. Anton has been the main developer. But yeah, the community of modelers and coders that help him is amazing. It is one of my favorite VR titles. It stays installed.
@@SpicyGavino I watched your VTOL play list and you got my subscription. Thanks for the lulz. Keep up the good work! The founding fathers where aware of repeating rifles existing at the time the constitutional amendments, specifically Joseph Belton who invented his own. There were also many cases of private merchant vessels carrying several cannons. Not common knowledge to say the least, so just a friendly correction to accompany your hilarious video.
i would recommend trying out take and hold, and also to use the armswinger locomotion - one of the best and most fluid in vr just make sure to configure it so you move while the buttons are pressed under the suboptions
it's actually very useful - not quite as easy to use as twinstick but once you get used to it it's really hard to go back. feels so much better than just the sticks and allows you to move really quickly, and use the full classic controls on quest 2 controllers since movement is only one button
Great video. Youve covered alot about this game. I only missed some info on the maps. The developer uploads to youtube a devlog weekly btw and keeps on adding content. Its a great firearms sandbox game which i often visit to just kick back and mess around in. Would love to see you mess around more in this game
Thanks luftboy :) this channel is under 2 months old and pretty low on videos. If you’d like to help it grow, the notification bell/a share goes a really long way!
The vector in the thumbnail is literally the most standard thing you could have made. The parts themselves are weird and that's it. The way they are placed is not out of the ordinary.
If you wanna go full on batshit insane with mods, there’s drivable cars, forklifts, helicopters, a king of the hill mod map, and actual zombies on nacht der untoten in mods
@@SpicyGavino most mods just need r2modman then it's just a case of click download. I would recommend meat's modul mods which allow you to build a custom AR/AK etc
@@SpicyGavino its uhh an experience. Just be warned that at the 200 mod mark it becomes a bit laggy. Also the modulAR / AK stuff is hella cool for maximum ridiculous customization. R2 modman is your friend for modding
@@SpicyGavino There are mods where you can literally build an AR/AK from the receiver up, you can choose your own handguard, barrel, grip, upper, charging handle, stock, and magazine. The modding community has a total of 1381 mods and counting, and it continues to grow, from custom gun models, to custom maps, custom Take and Hold characters, and guns from other games,
The founding fathers WOULD weep. With joy. They considered the federal government to be a necessary evil and never intended for it to rule people's lives -- Because they just ended that same sort of arrangement by insurrection. They intended to put the power in the people's hands by ensuring the federal government could never run roughshod over them again. And then 200 years later, nobody appreciates the absolute carnage wrought in order to have those freedoms and they eroded ALL rights and slowly shifted all of the power into the Government's hands. Don't believe me? Check this out. Read all of the constitutional amendments up to 15. Skip 16 and read the rest. Then go back and read 16. 16 doesn't belong, but it basically gives the Government power to own your money. If taxes are set at 100%, it's constitutional. And all those other amendments you read? It doesn't belong with them. Every single amendment is either granting power to the people or restricting the Government. But not Amendment 16. The aristocracy rules again.
@@SpicyGavino and somehow you’re surprised you got this reaction considering it took you about 20 seconds to inject your personal politics into the video
@@SpicyGavino if u ever do get to modding this game i would recomend using the r2 mod manager and the first mod has to be cursed dlls because thats just so dumb and fun to mess with
