Hello Followers of the Way, I hope you might see this because absolutely no one has talked about it at all, not even David Bercot himself, but I have studied numerous topics regarding the Word and Anabaptism and early Christian beliefs, and I came across shockingly strict and almost ascetic beliefs the early Christians had about procreation that don't seem to be in harmony with what the beginning of 1 Corinthians 7 says at all. I was hoping you could at least mention something about this and what you believe about it, or guide me to a video you might have already done. I'm just shocked because there seems to be a huge contrast and discrepancy between the early Christians writings and the Bible on this topic of procreation. Please help. The more shocking thing is how no one has talked about it. Thank you.

At the 14.10 timestamp, You say that Matthew 5:32 says that remarriage is adultery. Jesus says that marriage to a divorced woman is adultery but he does not say that marriage to a legitimately divorced man is adultery. He only says that if a man divorces his wife for any other reason besides fornication that he causes his wife to commit adultery.
