The Four Immeasurables: Love, Joy, Compassion, Equanimity - Foundations of Buddhist Practice 

Venerable Zasep Tulku Rinpoche offers in-depth teachings on Refuge in the Three Jewels and on the Four Immeasurables: Love, Joy, Compassion, Equanimity - and guides a meditation on sending out healing energy to all sentient beings.
Rinpoche teaches, in his approachable, joyful style, how to generate love, joy, compassion equally for all sentient beings: two-leggeds, four-leggeds, eight-leggeds, no-leggeds: insects, fish, animals, birds, humans, and even bacteria and parasites.
NOTE: This was part of a weekend of teachings on Medicine Buddha, but can certainly stand alone as a contained teaching on the four immeasurable. In part 1, of the Medicine Buddha teachings, Rinpoche gave background on Medicine Buddha and guided visualization of the Buddha, together with chanting of the mantra.
Here, in part 2, he explains and guides the Four Immeasurables. In part 3, coming soon, the retreat continues with an explanation of the body, and inner body, and how healing works. The full retreat, hosted by noted teacher Theodore Tsaousidis in Owen Sound, was an entire two-day weekend teaching, ending in a healing circle.
