I have been a ACIM practitioner for 20 plus years. It started when I was hearing/reading some of my favourite sages refer to the course and so wanted to check it out for myself. I have read it cover to cover and it is so refreshing to hear it again and take away something new. What I found helpful regarding forgiveness, when I’m feeling ill will towards someone and my mind is consumed I repeat to myself..I forgive you (fill in the blank) and I release you to the Holy Spirit… Thanks Keith for helping us seek the light ❤

So many in this session have expressed "free fall feeling" coming up. Wow! It's been fear for me about challenging old beliefs that I thought were long gone cleared out. It dawned on me that these feelings are ego responses. When this dawned on me, it lost its power. I bless it now because I realized it is the 🫧 cleansing. 👍 Yeah ! Not good or bad, just necessary 🤗
