In 2013 or 2014 I got my first gaming PC which is a little wild to think about that it's been 10 years on PC for me because growing up I never really ever cared for PC in the whole platform debate. Always was on Xbox, then switched a bit to PlayStation, then to PC really ever since but one of the very first games I remember getting on Steam when I got everything in order with that PC was PayDay 2. A first person shooter, stealth - or what was supposed to be stealth until you, maybe just me would inevitably mess that part up and have to go guns a blazing in order to complete my heist, but PayDay 2 offered a ton of fun and time played for ages for me and it still got support for years to come after that. But late last year, the end of September PayDay 3 launched, after a decade of waiting on a sequel, and in particular to PayDay 3 itself, over 8 years since the announcement that the game was in development. Now, the launch was a little messy to put it lightly, with servers failing for days at a time with the massive influx of players and with the game being online only, it became entirely unplayable. But such is the case with a lot of games, Cyberpunk, No Man's Sky, a rocky launch doesn't have to mean the end for a game before it ever really begins and PayDay 3 is a testament to that, with the new Boys in Blue DLC releasing recently and proving to be a solid addition to the game's offering, and a much better launch with much better critical reception than the initial launch. I'm a casual when it comes to the PayDay community, I get it, but I don't think that improving and correcting issues for the long term rebuild of the game along with price decreases for accessibility of content is a bad thing

Bref... I'll probably wait until the game starts to have a bit more content before even considering to try Payday 3 again. The launch was disastrous, there's a lot of systems that I didn't like (specifically the leveling system at the time being tied behind challenges), and Payday is one of those franchises where I only really enjoyed my time playing with friends - and since I don't have any friends that play Payday 3 because of the things that I mentioned and just a general lack of interest, I doubt that I'll be back to play it. If I ever get an itch to play Payday, I'll just go and play Payday 2.

Come back in september The level system have been reworked to the older one where you finish heist you get XP And as for content by september we will get the last 2 dlcs and a free heist with weapons cosmetics and server browser (crime net) new UI and many more features and gameplay related (can't also forget 2 heisters)

I’m glad you’re honest in this. The title and ofc the introduction telling your viewers to try it out and see if it works or not. Ofc you have to make your money and I don’t think that’s any issue. I honestly have enjoyed it although it was really tough at launch and still needs some more patches and updates until I fully feel satisfied.
