I worked at Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital 1974-1976. One day it was rumored Moe was in an isolation room. He was seriously ill. Our department was in charge with certain medical equipment which I was in charge of inventorying. My manager didn't allow me to go into Moe's room. He went himself. So I missed meeting Moe!

@@mskiara18Unfortunately Curly was like his boss, Ted Healy. Neither one could stay away from the bottle. His unhealthy eating and heavy drinking took its toll on him, causing him to fall ill and suffered the stroke that ended his career, and sent him to an early grave.
