Ich liebe das Video, endlich mal Szenen die ich noch nicht gesehen habe. Top Video über Markus rühl, ich könnte stundenlang Videos über ihn sehen! Danke bitte mehr!
To bench that wide with that much weight is amazing , he was one of my favorites still is, him, Kevin levrone, jay , johnnny Jackson , branch , they were the reason I got into lifting weights
Markus is not only a great athlet , Markus is also a great person and a very intelligent and smart guy. He was part of my life from the 90's and is one of my heroes , same as Schwarzenegger , Stallone , Van Damme !They are all Icons of this Century ❤

The first magazine i had personally baught had markus ruhl and dennis wolf on the cover. I had seen jay and ronnie but those two are the reason i got into lifting. He was so massive on stage.
He was such a huge, muscular human mountain, but he was also so mega likeable. I met him once, since I am only 125 cm tall, he knelt down and he talked to me, at the end he gave me a T-shirt of himself. It's so huge that I fit in completely and there's still a lot of space
Now imagine in this day that Samson Douda comes out on the stage carrying Markus definition 😅 OK, he really was a Freak and huge, but what fascinates me is that he was physically defined so much that the only one from today can match him is Hadi. 😮
Markus clavicle length combined with his cannonball shoulders, massive trapezius and chest is unmatched. With Roelly's arms he would perhaps have been untouchable.
But what can he do with the Air muscles? Nothing only for the Stage😰That’s to smal for me, i Need the power for my Sport and my bodie, any day, pull ups and push ups After cycling🤗
@robertrichter1444 Please show some respect when you reply to me. I don't mind educating you on this subject as I understand everyone needs to learn. But I will need you to listen and really think before you erratically start typing away on your phone. You are of a younger, more irresponsible generation that is losing the ability to think for themselves. I don't blame you for this, but if I'm being honest, I find it very annoying.
@@thehomefront1905Please stick to your own etiquette. You got personal, not me. I don't know you, just your comment, and it's nonsense, sorry. _"As soon as the judges see obvious signs of synthol, _*_you won't win a show._*_ Fact"_ - your words. I, on the other hand, say that today's pros, including the winners of Mr.O in recent years, show clear signs of synthol use in their middle and rear delts. Lunsford also shows clear injection marks in his lats. Where calf implants were used occasionally in the past (e.g. Lou Ferrigno in 1993/94), more or less fluffing of parts of the upper body is now standard. And by the way, I was born in the mid-1970s and English is not my first language.
@robertrichter1444 Yes, I can see English doesn't come easy for you, but you're doing OK. Now listen very carefully. I don't have much time. Lee Haney, Dorian Yates, Colman, Cutler, and Phil Heath never showed signs of Synthol, Ruhl was competing with some of these guys a long time back when it wasn't accepted to use synthol That's why he had absolutely no chance of winning anything. I'm not convinced you understand or have an eye for the art of bodybuilding. Do you understand what proportion and symmetry are? Have you heard the word "muscle belly"? "Striations"? "V taper"? "Xmas tree"? I don't mind putting some more time into your education, but first, you need to prove to me that you have some basic information on the subject. Start by answering the questions I've kindly put to you, and we'll go from there.
@@thehomefront1905Stop being so arrogant. You can't afford to do that. Your knowledge of human nature is proven to be no better than your Synthol statement. And I don't have to prove anything to you. I have been following this sport for 35 years and of course I know these terms, but I don't know what this has to do with your refuted statement. I'm always happy to learn something new, but certainly not from someone who claims that "Synthol-Markus" never had a chance to win anything. As far as I know, Rühl won the NOC 2002 and the Toronto Pro 2000. Synthol or any other type of oil in the muscles has never been banned, neither in the past nor today. How could it be otherwise? The transition from subtle to excessive use is fluid. It is an open secret that athletes experimented with the steroid carrier substance in the 1980s at the latest in order to provoke an increase in volume at the injection site through swelling. Haney tried to improve his relatively poorly developed biceps in this way. In the mid/late 1990s, the now well-known use of oil became apparent with Flex Wheeler at the latest. Despite this, he still won a number of competitions during this time and defeated everyone except Coleman. Your statement about synthol and not being accepted or not being able to win is simply wrong. Rühl's biggest obstacle to win was not any synthol, but his muscular imbalance, which set him apart from people like Coleman, Cutler, Levrone, James, Jackson or Wheeler. Rühl had relatively weak back. In addition, he lacked long forearm muscles and triceps, which are essential for massive arms. Compared to the monstrous pecs and shoulder girdle with the long clavicles these seemed underdeveloped. In addition, Rühl was a European who only stayed in America during competitions and was not as profitable as a brand as, for example, Sunnyboy Cutler.
