As a CZ fan, I highly recommend the CZ 75 Compact or the P01. They are not sub-compact but conceal easily with the right belt and holster. I Carry the CZ 75 C w/ Cajun Gun Works trigger daily. Agree that the smaller guns are not any easier to carry and in my opinion, harder than the compact sizes.

HK P30sk I had one for years and absolutely loved it.

I know this is an older video and someone else in the comments mentioned this, but you should strongly consider the CZ75D PCR or P01. They aren't excessively large, the PCR and P01 are aluminum and are quite light, and they have good trigger and decocker characteristics for carrying. They're also somewhat affordable especially compared to the much larger Beretta 92 compact and Sig 229 which don't really qualify as "compact" to me.

I love my CZ P-07. It's DA/SA, and I like the trigger, sights, and the feel.

I think the Springfield XD-e is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I've always been a fan of Springfield pistols because they work, every time, which is sort of important in a carry pistol. I prefer having a hammer fired pistol if I'm carrying a loaded weapon pointed at my personal backside all day with a round in the chamber and the size of the XD-e is just right for hitting what I'm aiming at.

Kel-Tec PF-9 and the discontinued P-11 are 9mm DA only (shrouded hammer) 10+1 and are CCW designed. Good options. I was able to cover the hammer with my thumb on my P-11 and it will not fire.

You can still find Sig P250's. They share many parts with the P320, including extractors, magazines and grips. I have my subcompact slide on a P320 XCompact grip. Just ordered a flat trigger from Armory Craft. They are simple to maintain and accurate guns.

Still sticking with my 3rd issue Colt Det. Special.

Kahr CM9....I've been carrying mine off duty for 7 years. The trigger is so good! Smooth like butter. It's not DA/SA but it's a good option if you like the DA feel.

I think your logic is spot on. I have followed the same logic for over the last 50 years as a LEO. I had or have at least one of each of the following that was able to fill my needs S&W 3913, S&W CS9, Sig P230, Sig P224, Walther PPK 380, Walther TPH 22 LR. I presently carry the P365!

I definitely think the CZ line was overlooked. As far as current production pistols go, the CZ P-07 is my absolute favorite DA/SA pistol that can flex into daily carry, home defense, truck gun, etc. The XD-E is a good choice too as long as you’re okay with the capacity of a single stack.

CZ PCR, CZ P01, CZ P07 with some polishing (and maybe CGW or CZC or MCarbo parts) all rock if the size is OK for ya. That said, I carry a P10c with dot (or a Walther PPS M2 with laser if I want to go tiny) even tho I own a PCR and P01. If I was gonna buy a new carry it'd probably be a Hallcat or similar.

I can't believe I've never seen the striker control device for Glocks before. That nugget alone made the hours I've spent watching your videos worth it. Just kidding, I love your content.

CZ Rami (discontinued), CZ P07 and Bersa Thunder is my DA/SA carry rotation. I do carry the M&P Shield Plus more than the Thunder during the summer months, but I love my Rami and P07. They are on my hip fall, winter and early spring. Hope the market evolves again and there are more Da/SA in the future

Happened to me. Thought I was well trained and very careful. Forgot to clear my holster while reholstering my g32 glock and put 4 holes from a 357sig in my. I was lucky and only have scars but I only carry da/SA with decockers or safeties now! Carried for 15 years before this happened

I still carry a S & W model #3913 single stack 9mm 8+1 capacity. Bought it from a Detective. Has some holster wear, that's it. Love the gun. Slim, accurate, bobbed hammer, basically hammerless, you'll never even see it. Very light to me, .. as I despise plastic guns & won't carry one. Thin enough to carry inside waistband most of the time, but my belly keeps growing as I get older. I would put that 1980's made #3913 steel & aluminum up against any comparable single stack Tupperware gun made today on the shooting range. I love the decocker safety, when I go out I just flip off the safety & I still have the feature of a safe double action pull. Just because it's Old School doesn't mean it's still not cool & extremely efficient. If the youth today could shoot some of these ORIGINAL Wonder nines, they just might change their minds. If you ever get the chance to buy a 3rd Generation Smith, ...buy it, you won't be sorry.

I recently picked up a SCCY 9mm. It’s cheap, but quality seems good and it shoots great. DAO with decent trigger pull and they can be had for less than $300, or around $325 with a red dot sight.

My most often carried guns as far as semi-autos go are CZ 75 P-01 Omega, CZ 2075 Rami and H&K P30SK V3, all of them SA/DA, and also Kimber Micro 9 which is SA and sometimes Kimber Pro Carry II, which is also SA and unlike all those nines this one is 45ACP. All excellent guns and I can recommend any of them. Greetings from Prague, Czechia.

Consider the HK P30(SK) in V3 (DA/SA) for a heavier first pull, or the LEM, the greatest *defensive* trigger on the market. If you go LEM, try to obtain the V4 CH variant; it’s unbeatable. The USP Compact is available in a decock-only V3 or V4 (handedness), or V7 (LEM). Lastly, the P2000(SK) is a great choice too; the P2000SK is the smallest pistol H&K makes. It’s available in the V3 (DA/SA) and LEM variants, too. The V2 LEM sucks; go w/ either the V4 CH/V4.1 or the longer but lighter V1.

The Bersa TPR9C is a great DA/SA option. It it super reliable, flat shooting and easy to conceal. This has been my summer carry pistol, it's small enough to carry with just a short sleeve button down or even a T-shirt. It also has a safety that is also a decocker. The only downside is that it's very hard to find a IWB holster specifically made for it. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this little pistol and strongly recommend it if you are looking for a DA/SA conceal carry option.

Carried DA/SA Sig and S&W for work years ago. Also carried my beloved S&W 3913 for years after as my primary concealed carry - until support was discontinued by S&W. (The 3913 remains, in my opinion, one of the best single stack 9mm that have been produced). I also was on a quest for a DA/SA to carry after years of carrying a striker fired weapon. I landed on the Springfield XD-E. Yes, it is not the smallest/lightest piece of hardware out there. However, it is almost the exact same size as my 3913 which was never difficult to carry IWB. If size is a huge deal, I'll carry my LCP. The trigger on the XD-E is very good - single action is amazing and I consistently get 1" groups with it. Reliability is amazing as is build quality. The only downside is only in light of the newer firearms out there is capacity - 8+1 compared to some of the newer offerings may be looked at as some as inadequate. However, 8+1 was good enough for my 3913 and my Shield in the day (with an extra mag in my pocket, I never felt like I was gonna be out gunned). If I'm going to be in a situation where capacity is a major concern, I'm going to carry something bigger anyway. Bottom line, if you are looking for a DA/SA, the Springfield XD-E is the modern option and it performs well. I encourage you to get some range time with it and see what you think. As an aside, your videos are consistently top-rate and you are among the best on RU-vid - keep up the good work!

I carry the p30 sk as a daily carry and find it to be quite comfortable. Good ergonomics and very accurate.

I think another option for compact DA/SA is the bersa TPR9C. It´s the compact version of the TPR, somewhat like the beretta px4 series

I would love to see a round up of “save your junk” pistols comparing the pros and cons of each. An updated list of the best DA/SA carry pistols vs. the best of the striker-fired options that have additional safety features (Slimline Glocks with a SCD or the P365 w/ a manual safety used like a SCD). Would love to hear your thoughts on this!

I carry: Sig 226, 229 and 220; H&K; CZ and Beretta 92 or 96. All with a Clipdraw and no holster. I usually wear a suit and I find that these pistols with a Clip draw allow me to carry enough gun in the most discreet manner. As an OG I carried 1911’s and High Powers cocked and locked with some form of Clipdraw and no holster for over 30 years. All of my Glocks have striker control devices on them but I normally carry Glocks in a IWB holster with casual dress. I am a pants on gun on guy and have had two accidental fires in over 60 years of carrying. No one hurt either time.

From what I've heard the XDE is a nice gun that fits a niche. And according to reviews, it's easy to rack compared to others. I'd put in the category of, neat to have, but I'd probably stick with the Beretta PX4 Storm.

One of my favorite small DA/SA handguns is a Makarov. You can find some good Makarovs for good prices, and they only made a couple dozen million of them, so parts are everywhere. The only issue is 9x18. They did make some in .380 for export though, and from what I hear, the .380 and 9x18 use the same mags. If I'm not mistaken, the only part that is different is the barrel.

Have you checked out SCCY? A buddy of mine's got one and it might fit the bill for a smaller DA 9mm?

The only frustrating issue with choosing a pistol for a daily carry is the vast selection. So many are really reliable and great pistols. I now carry a 9mm FN 509 midsize, which is great for me.

I carried and still have a CZ-75BD. The slide is slim enough to make IWB holsters possible, and I think IWBs carry weight better than most holster types since the gun is pulled tight to the body. It's probably the most shootable gun I own; but yeah, the weight finally did me in. But I was about 60 years old at the time so that is understandable. These days carrying a Ruger LC9s is a chore.

The CZ P-01 Omega is hard to beat …

I'm an older man...with older gun teachings. The very thought of carrying an auto "cocked and unlocked" makes me shiver. I'll do double action or a safety only.

HK45c, can change out the plates with different variants, including safety.

I love the trigger on my Seecamp LWS 32, it's DA only. Every trigger pull cocks and fires the hammer. No safety. No cocking, my only complaint is the magazine disconnect.

I've been carrying a S&W 3913 since the late 80's. If I had to replace I would look at the little Beretta DA/SA 9mm.

HK P2000/P2000SK and the P30SK are great options, especially the P2000SK. A relatively slim DA/SA with 10+1. Then again, I carry a P30 everyday comfortably.

Beretta 84f and 84fs are both excellent guns for everyday carry. Easy to use and they check all the boxes (DA/SA, harder pull on DA, 13 rounds+1 of .380 auto, light enough to be carried without being awkward). Beautiful to see, too. Affordable, too. Plenty of them on the surplus and used market.

I'd like to see a review of the Langdon Tactical XDE or just the regular base model. I also prefer DA/SA guns for carry, my current main carry gun is a Springfield XDE 9mm with the Langdon Tactical trigger/hammer kit. The gun is overly large for it's capacity, but it's nice that it's thin at least. I'm hoping Springfield Armory will keep working on the design to make it more size-efficient and release a "Mod 2" version or whatever, though I think none of that is likely.

The sig p239 would fit the bill for a carry da/sa but unfortunately sig discontinued production a few years ago. It was ahead of its time and would be nice to see it made again.

I bought a Px4 compact carry last week and I’m so impressed and in love with it. So I bought another one today for collection.

XDS and XDM offer me the best solution to all things discussed. You should compare these with the XDE and even throw in your glock with striker fire guard and see which is the best feeling on a draw shoot and reholster.....Springfield gets so much hate and shouldnt

I will not carry striker fire pistols. I value the long and heavy first round pull.

I wish S&W would come out with a DA/SA or DAO version of the Shield. They could call it the Chief's Special to fit in with their current retro naming scheme.

I own and carry Sig handguns with their DAK trigger. While discontinued, they are available used. The Sig P329 is my main carry gun followed by a Sig P229 and finally a Sig P220, all with the DAK trigger. The P329 is heavy by todays standards but with the proper belt and holster I find it very tolerable. The weight helps with 357 Sig and 40 S&W. The DAK trigger guns didn't sell well enough so they were dropped a couple years ago, but on the used market you can find some good deals. Especially on police trade ins.

Thank you for your very helpful videos, Chris. If folks carry appendix as a defensive weapon and they train with it in order to run it properly…and they’re looking for the safest option available, the H&K P30SK LEM (V1 trigger variant) should be very high on the list. Chris’ review of the Beretta PX4 compact with mods (which he carried for awhile) greatly influenced my thinking in this regard. The HK P30SK has several things going for it that make it a unique contender for the above use case: 1) It’s flat shooting and super reliable, 2) very concealable with a 10 or 13 round mag, certainly no thicker than the PX4, because the LEM HK features that very rounded and concealable profile including it’s bobbed hammer. But there are 2 additional features that truly set it apart from the PX4: 3) It is hammer-fired (meaning it’s the safest appendix option for reholstering when using the thumb-on-hammer technique) without the downside of the typical DA/SA pull weight difference…just a longer 1st pull (which makes it more ideal for defensive purposes considering the caution needed with the initial shot yet with light/consistent follow up shots. Plus, 4) the grip is MUCH more ergonomic and customizable (and because of the ergonomics you can confidently use a “pinky underneath” two-finger grab if you are preferring to use the 10 round mag for concealability. 5) It’s also unique in that it’s fully ambidextrous out of the box with the slide-catch and mag release. And with those unique paddle mag releases the gun is easier to dump and reload mags than many other subcompact or micro-compact pistols….regardless of the size of your hands or length of your thumb. And finally, 6) you get all of these benefits without having to decock your hammer-fired gun in order to keep it as safe as possible in the holster. What other gun comes even close to matching that setup for the use case of defensive AIWB carry? Yes, to Chris’s point, there are more modern micro compact pistols with higher capacity and the P30SK LEM has what Chris calls a “weird” trigger. It’s unique for sure. But for the defensive appendix carry consideration (for the occasional or well-trained CCW holder) the P30SK still stands out from the crowd (weirdly and beautifully). As such, it not only is a design that was ahead of it’s time, but is still very much a front runner. This is why I sold my Sig P320 Compact (along with subcompact frame)that I originally bought for deep concealment. Chris’ thoughts on DA/SA are largely responsible for that decision. And now I have a Sig P229 (which shares the same grip angle as the HK’s) that I carry in the winter and have available at home for home defense, and I can utilize my HK P30SK (with 10 rounds + an extra mag ready) as my EDC at any time. Anybody who insists that a 10round mag isn’t enough for them and that they need two extra rounds to make their EDC perfect…those are the same people who can’t predict if two extra rounds will be completely sufficient…meaning that they probably need to carry a second mag anyway. Which I do, when possible. Now, if every striker fired gun had a manual striker safety control device (like the aftermarket one sold for the Glocks)…that didn’t require you to take it off safe in a self-defense scenario (like 1911’s and other thumb safety guns), then this would be a very different discussion and I might be carrying a striker pistol AIWB. Like the VP9SK. BONUS: what other manufacturer gives you two virtually identical subcompact carry options while giving us our choice of hammer vs. striker?

I like my Sccy, but it is not a name brand with a big advertising budget. But it does run ammo well. Two failures to feed in the first 50 rounds and none after. It is harder to shoot than the Browning Highpower, but more reliable.

I feel like you totally over looked the CZ 75 Compact. Great DA/SA gun with really good aftermarket parts. Also, available with decocker if that's more your flavor.

You are correct, even tho I dont understand why no one… not even ONE. Pocket Size DA/SA was made, I have been waiting for years… closet I got to was Taurus TH9C that is as close as I have gotten, but its thick and bulky… I also gave up on the search, but does check the market time to time… Beretta’s CSX got my hopes up but its single action… 1911… RIP. Guess we will continue to wait

I have had a Beretta Pico for years. Very smooth with little recoil. Definitely takes a bit to master due to its small size. Well made and reliable .

CZ P-01 for the win! I also love my little Walther P-22 for a .22cal option. Sig p-250 is great for a DAO if you can find one but they are a bit bulky/boxy. Still plenty of options out there.

Kahr guns are DAO striker fired guns available three frame sizes in polymer or steel. Their capacity is limited given they are all single stack. They're not prefect do-all (ST9 perhaps) guns. They're great for ccw imo. Also XDs have grip safeties. Also would like to see a XDE LTT review

My favorite DAO, as I was recommended by a friend who has actually been a shootout, is a Kahr K40 Elite. I'm more of a revolver shooter so it works for me. Everyone should spend a little time in Action Pistol shooting to get used to the handgun when shooting under stress and to know your limitations when it comes to accuracy.

Bersa TPR9c is a good choice. It's an affordable option, reliable like most Bersa products, heavy enough to mitigate recoil but not so much so you can carry it. It's ambidextrous and uses SigSauer sights in case you want better quality tritium sights.

My go-to DA/SA carry pistol is the Walther P-5 compact. Others include the Beretta cheetah series (81 & 84 models), .380 and 9x18mm Makarov pistols, the similar Czech CZ82, Walther PP & PPK, and my other favorite the west German Sig Sauer P225 (P6).

I think you should have given the HK P2000sk and the USP compact an honorable mention. I know that the p30 evolved from both of these, but each has their own unique place in this discussion.

I never understood why the gun community disliked the SIG P250. I have 5 of them and absolutely love them! I am a seasoned, longtime gun owner who has tons of Glocks that I am very proficient with but have to say I do enjoy shooting the SIG P250. To me it is like having a large capacity revolver with a way better trigger pull. The whole concept makes a lot of sense. I am just as accurate with the P250 as I am with a striker fired pistol. It just takes practice. Once you master it the gun is a fun one to shoot. Well, that is my two cents worth...

I recommend the HK P30sk, HK p2000sk or usp compact all with LEM trigger!

I, too, love the traditional DA auto, but have settled for striker-fired to get something compact enough to carry under light clothing (Cough-Hellcat-Cough). The one thing, though, I almost NEVER hear about is the advantage that the traditional DA offers by allowing you to thumb-cock the piece if you're not in a draw-and-fire situation. You have now replaced the l-o-n-g heavy trigger-pull with a light, short trigger-pull which will make your first shot much more accurate. Sure, there's more danger of an ND; but not if you keep your finger off the trigger, where it belongs.

I got lucky when Classic had some German-made Walther P99’s police turn ins. Mine was in like-new condition and has the DA/SA anti stress trigger.

Beretta 92x compact (no rail) is my choice for a compact DASA. I put some Langdon Tactical & Wilson Combat parts in it along with a bobbed 92D hammer.

The classic S&W Model 39 derivatives are still worth a look IMO.

I like the Sphinx Subcompact with XS Big Dot Sights and/or a Trijicon RMRCC it does an amazing job. The Wilson Combat Beretta 92 G Compact Carry without the light rail is another premium choice. I prefer either of these to the PX4. That being said a Smith & Wesson J Frame M&P 340 with the cylinder milled to accommodate 9mm moon clips is my favorite AIWB carry. I add the XS Big Dot front sight and an Apex Duty firing pin and spring kit to round out this 21st century "belly gun". Reloads carried in an Rx bottle complete the perfect close range defensive piece.

For Da/sa I’d go with the sig sp 2020, you can find them cheap too these days. If you want a slightly smaller option and don’t mind a “budget” option go with the Taurus th9c. For the price it’s a good and fairly compact da/sa pistol. As for DAO pistols a lot of people tend to overlook the sig p250, basically the dao version of the 320. The 250 is slept on by many but one of the best dao pistols out there.

The HK USP Compact and P2000SK with an LEM trigger are two of the best CCW hammer-fired pistols out there! This was big miss on this presentation. Feels like a striker trigger and you never have to worry about a long DA pull, unless you restrike. IFYKYK!

I do appreciate your videos and their content. I find them as authoritative as the best gun videos and head and shoulders above all the rest that aren't the "Let's shoot (insert weird item) and see what happens" videos.

Beretta needs to do an update of the PX Storm series. Like they did with the Cheetah. Would love to see a 3.5in to 4in barrel da/sa 10 to 12 round pistol in 9mm.

You reviewed the Beretta Cheetah in your last video...seems relevant to this list too? Not current production, sure, but easy to find.

It's quite refreshing to find a professional who agrees with me on the safety factor of hammer-fired pistols vs striker-with-no-external-safety pistols. Now, I own and carry and have carried for years a Glock and three Kahr pistols. But I gotta tell ya, there is that tiny little bit of anxiety if I have to reholster. Anxiety is a strong word. I guess I just mean I am well aware of what COULD happen and feel the need to take some extra time to check the holster and surrounding area and then holster smoothly, trying to feel any hitch in the getalong. ;) I'm MUCH more comfortable either using a manual safety or having my thumb over the hammer. One thing I like about the Walther P99 is that I can feel the striker protruding from the rear so, at least in theory, should some wayward whatzit find it's way into my holster mouth and then the trigger guard, I could feel the problem before it becomes a trip to the local understaffed and kinda rude ER.

I'd like to see Kel-Tec do something along this line. My favorite "real world" carry is the P-11. An early one with a heavy trigger which I should have upgraded. But it WORKS and is painless to carry. An exposed hammer would help holstering safety (although my weighty trigger helps here). A SA mode would be nice and it seems like the double action is what adds bulk to a hammer pistol. C'mon Kel-Tec. DO IT. I dare you!

I own a Sig p250, yeah it’s been discontinued for a few years but they pop up on gunbroker a lot, and take p320 frames and magazines and sig front sights. Great gun. Also own a Springfield XDe 3.3. So i was in the same boat as the letter writer.

The DOJ issues Glocks. NYPD issues Glocks. In some years 15-20% of NYPD's (8-12lb trigger) shooting incidents are unintentional. In one 5 year period with the DOJ (5-6lb trigger) about 30% of their shooting incidents were unintentional. Guns that are easy to shoot when you want to are also easier to shoot when you don't want to.

Plenty of old Walthers out there. And can still get the PPK in 380.. Great little carry guns.

Great theme about D/A /S/A findings available right now .I have my Sig P229 40 since 1996 ,and I want to find another pistol for daily carry that's works like my Sig.This episode can help me decide which handgun ,to buy .Thanks W justin

No more XDE. But, yeah, my 3.8" 9mm is huge and doesn't hold a bunch of rounds But it's Never failed! My 3.3" .45 with the one extra round mag is the nicest fitting firearm for my hand I've ever held. I did have 1 failure with it out of about 500 rounds. I also like Springfield's customer service! I'd like to try out a Px4 someday. That rotating barrel intrigues me.

Call me crazy but I really like SCCY pistols, I had a cpx-2 and after cleaning up the surfaces a bit and polishing the feed ramp it ran FLAWLESSLY. They are a bargain for those that know how to work on guns a small amount. With a tiny bit of tweaking, they are great d/a s/a guns!

P250 was my first handgun when I turned 21(first gun ever) and I still love it I shoot it more accurate than my glock or any other handgun, I wish they still made them. I feel safer with it than a 320

It’s like the gun gods knew of my plight lol. I decided to carry this year and been practicing with my P365 as my first firearm. As I progressed at getting proficient with it, I started to become more aware of my safety concerns with the striker fire, which I knew from the get go but seemed to have more weight as I got closer to actually carrying it. So after much, MUCH debate with myself, decided to go for double action, single action. And oh boy, everything you said about options is so true. Extremely difficult to choose, especially for a first time gun owner myself. In the end, chose a Px4 😅

I found and carry at times PX4 full size in DAO.....traded in LE pistol they don't make any more. The full-size is only like 1/2" longer than the compact so weight wise or length is a non-issue. LOVE the PX4.....hope it never goes away for the damn striker fires....not a fan for carry use. Thank GOD for the P30 too.

Don’t forget the S&W 2nd and 3rd gen police trade-ins! The most under rated pistols out there!

Honestly I’m surprised the market isn’t at least a bit bigger for compact da/sa I’m okay with a striker fired I think yet an added level of security would be nice I’m kinda paranoid so I even look for striker fireds with a manual safety but I feel like with a da/sa u pretty much get the best of both

I can respect your decision and choice. I disagree that a da/sa is the best risk mitigation system. There are very few people who get shot by their own weapon, while in a gunfight, when holstering a weapon. It would seem fiddling, taking it in and out administratively, with a weapon is the most dangerous time. Good information and presentation.

I like how you pretty much glossed over the Sig P250. Yes it's discontinued, but the flip side of the general distaste for it in the market (due to people largely being too lazy or ignorant to learn double action) is that they're fairly easy to find and pretty affordable, as nobody wants them, wants to buy them, and departments are dumping them. They're commonly in 40s&w, as was the one I snapped up, but there's still caliber exchange kits out there, and because it's very much the same thing as a P320, there's tons of stuff you can support it with (mags, holsters, grips, barrels, recoil springs, e.t.c.) and you can largely format it the form factor of your liking. I love my P320, but I'm also a huge fan of the P250. What's not to like about a modular pistol with a smooth 7lbs DAO trigger? We all know Sig does excellent hammer fired guns, even if their flagship lines are basically duty sized. Another DAO Sig worth mentioning, is the P290RS. Also discontinued unfortunately, but very compact and concealable, but low capacity. I think they have an even nicer trigger than the P250 actually, especially if you stage the trigger. It almost feels like there's a little detent that it settles into before you fully break the shot, almost like the letoff of draw weight in a compound bow. Very, very cool gun. I wouldn't make it my mainline carry personally, but would definitely, and comfortably run it in a backup gun capacity. If you're happy to carry sub compact and like double action, check out the P290. The only thing I don't love about them is the capacity.

Kahr Arms has DAO striker fired concealed carry sized pistols. The trouble with hammer fired pistols is the hammer main spring rides along the spine of the grip, resulting in a bulkier grip. Striker fired guns allow much smaller grips. The Kahr Arms pistols have very long but smooth trigger pulls and no manual safety.

The market is SO saturated for striker fired Glock equivalents. Really wish more manufacturers would step up and make more DA/SA guns.

Bersa Thunder ultra compact .45 . DA/SA ,extremely accurate, and it's the best handgun I've carried. nice hammer drop,/safety ambidextrous controls and it's stainless. I prefer this as my EDC over my striker Springfield, which by the way is NOT an easy recoil even @ .40 cal. VS. the Thunder.45 that I can actually easily shoot with one hand ACCURATELY. SA/.DA is the only way to go for me.
