Rose is referred to as being ‘the new Eveline’ but it’s metaphorical more than literal. Rose is not Eveline reincarnated. Eveline was created by Connections using the mold that Mother Miranda gave them, as well as DNA from Mother Miranda’s dead child Eva that she also gave them. Miranda wanted a resurrection of her dead child Eva, but the result was just Eveline, who was kind of a test tube half-clone infected with the mold. But Eveline had power over the mold, and due to Eveline’s actions in Louisiana Ethan Winters became a kind of mold carrier-he was regenerated by the mold and basically made of mold, but still looked normal and had his own free will. Ethan then fathered Rosemary Winters with his wife Mia, and because of Ethan being made of mold, Rose was born infused with mold. It’s implied that because Rose was born of the mold (by being born of Ethan) Rose would have power over the mold like Eveline did. So Rose isn’t Eveline, but she is technically Eveline’s descendant through the mold (as the mold was passed from Eveline, to Ethan, to Rose). It makes Rose the spiritual successor to Eveline, so to speak.

Because she was never a real child at all amd didn't understand human feelings or concepts like family just what the scientists educated her with, which was very little if anything at all.

She was genetically engineered to do that and act like that, so even though she wanted a family, that was the only way she knew how.

@@TheGabberman9000 damn you're right. Though she wasn't the main antagonist Lisa's story was messed up. I still think Evie's edges out Lisa's because Lisa didn't seem to be sentient or cognizant to the world around her like Evelyn was. Evie in a sense wanted a loving family as it seems like she had been conditioned to want from various scenes in RE7. With Lisa I didn't get that feeling. Tthough in fairness I haven't played REmake since 2002 so there could be files, notes, or scenery that denote how Lisa still has shreds of her humanity left but can't control the effects of the virus or if she's just a husk of her former self like William Berkin was. Either way though Lisa's story was sad AF.

I'm going through it my 3rd time 💀💀 On my 2nd play through, I tried (and barely succeeded) the complete in less than 4hr. Had to use a guide to help me speed run. Right now I'm trying to collect all the coin, bubble heads, and files. Also trying to do "open crate 3 or less times" and also "use 3 or less aid kits". So far only used 1 med kit, so wish me luck 💀💀

hmm I don't think it was mind control in that instance, I think it was more of being controlled by the parasite/infection because chris was able to stop her being controlled by pulling the red "parasite" out of her chest and she was fine after that. if she was being controlled by wesker then wesker himself would had to have died to stop her being controlled id assume? @@nunyabusiness3582 agreed, it was the parasite through which Wesker controlled her, not with his mind. But it do remember the game saying Wesker controlled her mind though the device (it wasn't even called a parasite). That's why she was fully aware, but unable to resist. But I last played RE5 about 10 years ago or something like that

Huh? He never cured himself, hell he didn’t even know he was infected. They had 2 cured Ethan kept one but ended up using it against the giant monster Jack. And the second one was used on Mia So to answer your question he never used one

Ethan is a carrier of the mold. Hence why he can regenerate and shit. His daughter Rose inherited the mould and can control it like Evie but isn't a reincarnation of Evie. Also Mia was clearly cured by Chris Redfield in the chopper.

I think it’s in connection to the first aid spray; the first aid spray was developed by umbrella as a product that can heal all wounds and as seen in the games it works instantly; perhaps h the first aid bottles in VII were developed by The Connections as a rival product to the first aid spray since they are a rival corporation to umbrella, and with this first aid bottle instead of just healing wounds instantly they went the extra mile and developed a stronger product that can heal more severe injuries instantly like a severed hand and leg. But that’s just speculation and my theory. As for Ethan not reacting to his hand being reattached is beyond me, maaaaaaybe he just rolled with it because it was reattached in time who knows lol, but there is also the scene where he reacted to getting his leg chopped off by Jack. Jack gave him the first aid bottle to use on his leg which instantly reattaches it to which Ethan’s reaction I believe was “What the fuck” so he does seem to kind of question how his limbs can be reattached to his body after being chopped off by simply pouring the first aid bottle on his wounds; but as I said that’s just my theory, who knows maybe it is just shitty writing lol
