Always felt like Halo ODST and Reach did it better than Halo 2 or Halo 5 when it came to broadening the scope of the series narrative beyond just the Master Chief experience somehow by making a standalone title that expands upon factions or lesser known characters they don't take away from Chiefs spotlight and they give the universe more nuance which in turn makes the world feel more compelling hope we see more spinoff/standalone titles like Reach/ODST maybe we could get an entire game from the Covenants perspective or even just another ODST.
Just finished playing through ODST but was a little confused by the order of events and who I was playing as in different parts. Thanks for helping me grasp the overarching narative!
I haven't played Halo ODST since 2009 and this game is easily much better than I remember and I can't understand why I haven't played it in such a long time because I'm having a lot of fun.
Is it odd i started playing h3: odst 2 days ago for nostalgia and I wanted to watch a lore video today and found this... its kinda crazy how things happen
6:11 Why would you have a person read this script who clearly has never played a single Halo game in their life? That's one thing but the guy can't even pronounce actual English words like Covenant.
Sadly not a lot of work went into this video. O N I it’s oni one word not an acronym orbital deep shock trooper should be orbital drop shock trooper. Co ve nant should be covenant that mistake was only made once but with the other 2 oof. I get making vids are hard but those were all simple ones.
Dude it's covenant not covenont u know if they r gonna do these not to sound like a ass hole here but can we get some one who kind of is familiar with halo
