Hey, celebrity visitor! I have watched carbide processors instructional videos, and bought some of their stuff. Man, I have more flux than most people! This video was helpful. I have done a similar demo for students with a little piece of silver solder or two sitting on there, so you can see the flux become clear, and then the little speck suddenly flows and becomes a circle.

I guess hvac is much different. This looks wayyy too much flux. I was taught i had to clean the excess flux on the outside only keep it inside and avoid get it inside the tubes.
