Dear friends, I share the latest and sad news: Isabella Ivanovna Datlova had passed away in Kyjev, was cremated and She will be buried sometimes afther 20th October, next to her loved husband, I would like to express my deephest sympathy to her loved ones and friends
Yes he pushed the limits of the reactor. But he did so KNOWING there was always a stop button. He didn't know in some conditions the SCRAM button could temporarily increase reactivity. It was hidden from them. It's like you're given a car from work. You are told not to go over 130km/h with it but to complete some jobs you have to. One day you push the brakes and the car explodes. It's not your fault, you didn't know that could ever happen.

RIP My step grandfather (Born in September 22, 1939 Volyñ, USSR - died on September 29, 2020 from Cachexia.)
@@ItsSamHussey “solely responsible” I wouldn’t want to touch whatever the hell you are smoking with a ten foot pole. He allowed the test to continue because the operating manual was unclear and furthermore he knew there was a failsafe (button AZ-5) which as far as he knew would shutdown the reactor in the event things turned south (he wasn’t informed of the design flaw), but Bryukhanov authorized the test in the first place even though the reactor had been running on low power for a dangerously long period of time. Not to mention Dyatlov did everything in his power to prevent the disaster from getting even worse and wasn’t in complete denial like Akimov who insisted that the core was intact and prevented appropriate containment measures by relaying false information.
How was it a Technical Fault. He pushed the reactor to the limits, he was the one tht decided to let the test go on. He left no choice but for Akimov to press the scram button.
@@MinisterofTinyHeads As far as i know they had to do the test, because it was an order by the soviet union. If he hadn‘t done it, he would have had also trouble.
@@Sleemopings I also don't see his fault here.. Of course we can never know the real truth as a matter of fact. But by analyzing currently available resources we know that he was following his orders. Of course his actiona was there behind this accident. But sometimes you need to look behind that what things actually caused those problems.. He got orders from the top officers to continue the test at any cost. Besides he was always believing the fact that if things go wrong terribly they will press the shut down button and everything will be okay. But the truth is that button was a flaw. So I don't think he committed crime there. It was not his fault completely as they depict in the HBO show. It is sad but sometimes you need to take risks to follow the orders of your superior. He also did that.. He didn’t even know that button was a lie. He did triggered the accident but I personally don't think it is his fault. You can never know what he was actually going through at that moment. He was just at the wrong place in the wrong time
U mean poor alexander akimov, leonid toptunov, valery khodemchuk, vasily ignatenko, all people who died directly from the explosion weeks or even days of excruciating pain of arteries spilling open like syves due to acute radiation syndrome
Sorry for simple English. Reactor was not ready for use . It was a falt of an Institute where this reactor was made. It ( reactor) had plenty of nonconformances with technical documentation. . Reactor marched to the disaster.
I feel responsible for killing 9 year old girl when i was 4. I took lie detector online and the results are after answering the last question If i killed someone in past, I answered no. Results were that i am Liar, i am in next year old enough to be arrested. I can't take lie detector in reality, because I couldn't also pass through truth. I don't remember seeing 9 year old girl in day when she dissapeared well. If I remembered well, I am still and I will be responsible for killing innocent 9 year old girl. I think I am another Dyatlov in his speaking in interwiev after arrest. (The end of the interwiev)
@@ryant282a He feels guilty for not being able to protect her, that's why he blames himself. You cannot change what happened, he is suffering from remorse from what he did not do sadly. Just sad, he is in pain which will never go away. Remorse is different in each person - feeling of guilt and grief. He is also worried of being also arrested for what he did not commit, just understand his fears and remorse for not being able to protect someone. And by liar he meant - shameless type of liar. It is not a type of liar who always lies, but a little bit lies. And no, he did not commit anything. That person forgot to include in why he feels guilty, and also his fear is useless. I keep reporting that comment to RU-vid due to false information and no not deleted yet.
Why the age check? I am 36! What shall I do? RU-vid wants to know my ID number, WTF? I am so sorry, that I amso angry, but this is100 %annoing tool! I have no problem withsome regulations, rulles, but pardon me? I know well, there are offensive users, who couldbe vulgar, write stupid jokes like "Not great, not terrible" and so on and I dislike these annoing, semi - educated persons with The social IQ as my Samsung tablet device - switched - off! I understand, comrade Bogdan, You try to protect a dignity, peace, honor, memoirs to Anatolij Stepanovic Datlov and another people, who are depicted in Your footages, at Your channel. I am O.K. with this, but now I am not able to watch this video. Greetings from Czechia, stay safe and be healthy!
