Despite the ghost run dude having the run cheated, the water is theoretically possible but very slim, the only way is if it was on bedrock where village spawns can have bugged water. That water would have to be updated by a sheep eating grass.

Actually for the first one the chances are ruined portal being lit are extremely low but it can happen if the portal was completed and a fire spread onto it from nearby if tree leaves or inside it or would that burnt, I've seen it

1:09 It is actually possible to find a lit nether portal. First a lava pool has to spawn RIGHT next to a tree then the nether portal has to be able to be lit as soon as it spawns then the tree has to burn until the nether portal lights.

Tbh that's what I feel like is happening. Mainly since there's literally no links, sources, or even crediting to actually verify if any of these speedruns were actually done. As such, I'd bet he made up the speedruns for the sake of the video.

5:37 IS possible but insanely, insanely rare. If the water spawned very high on a mountain it would take a long long time to reach the bottom. Although, I doubt there were any mountains nearby, let alone with water...
