16:25 I mess with the way stones a bunch and in order to teleport to other way stones you need to activate them first, which further boosts your evidence that this is fake. Waystones can spawn naturally but not in strongholds. It’s also a mod

Waystones can be set up that are accessible by anyone at all times through a "Global Waystone" check box when you are naming your waystone, however this still requires specifically setting them up in advance and none of these generate naturally. If it did generate naturally, it'd likely have a pseudo-gibberish name like the naturally spawning village waystones do.

Btw on the second one you said that “he spawned his own golem” but he was just in peaceful mode. And I know this because throughout the whole run he never lost hunger so that indicates that he was in peaceful mode.

A 5:29 if you look at the speedrunners screen you can see that he is at 9/10 food bars which slightly proves your point wrong but he could have switched modes sometime in the middle so just makes the run a bit more confusing as he doesn't eat any food.

Bro if the second speed runner is trying to be dream your just desperate to trick people when he’s just using dreams seed for an easy win but that end portal is obviously built weirdly these fake speed runners are desperate for fame just do it normally it’s that simple to not cheat the seed I used is 246641591676240 it’s in bedrock edition btw so Java players I’m sorry about that
