Each specialized with different jobs. Also you reconnect with your lost crew mates. And then I don’t know bc I stopped playing. But I made the theory that the Pikmin world you crash on is actually post apocalyptic Earth, because you can see rusty cans across your journey. Cans with humans on it!!! My theory suggests that the humans ventured for the stars once their planet was dying, genetically engineering smaller people to conserve food throughout long space voyages. Somehow they end back up on Earth. But with humanity gone. The place you fall into reminds me of the ancient rocky hills of Australia.
