9:01 I remember that board. You filmed your two chess videos by the beach with that board. You should do that again, if possible, and maybe see if you can film a video besides an actual fireplace (perhaps for Christmas or something)

My dad taught me to play on a marble board like that one since before i can remember. I have to say that the one in the video is a bit of an upgraded version. The chipped rook is an essential soldier in any marble set 😅

With the red and black board I feel like the black pieces kinda blend together normally I'd say it's better to have the black pieces facing us but with that board it may be better to turn it around.

Can someone please answer this? The forced queen trade is described in the video as decisive to Magnus’s victory, and unless I’m missing something (am I?!?), it wasn’t a forced trade.

@@xexu9322 if queen goes to f6, knight takes pawn on f5 & from there the queen has no escape route except going back which gives magnus a free pawn - so i think pragg decided the trade would be a better option

You should have added a note about how Magnus had food poisoning and was clearly struggling health wise the first two classical games. So he purposely went for draws.
