I haven't played Marvel's Spider-Man 2 in months. it's just boring to me now, there is nothing to do besides free roam. Photo mode is cool I guess, but it's not enough to keep me invested.

y'know you're not supposed to play every game forever not every game is supposed to keep you invested for years to come unless you're like me and dont get tired of swinging, you're supposed to finish games and when you do everything you wanted with 'em, you're done, move on to another thing not every game has to last forever with consistent updates to keep you engaged like fortnite or whatever it's not like the game *failed* because it couldn't keep you engaged after you did literally *everything* it set you out to do you cant go into games like this with the expectation that they'll keep you entertained forever because that's not feasible for them these games have the content they have, and that's it if that's not enough for you, that's your problem

Wow, I didn't expect the State of Play to be so disappointing! Hopefully, the Summer Game Fest will give us something juicier, maybe some news on Marvel's Spider-Man 2 DLC or Marvel's Wolverine. The idea of a PlayStation 5 Pro is intriguing, but let's see if it's worth it. Fingers crossed for some big surprises in the fall! 🎮💥

We won’t they’re scrapping them because they already made their money off the base of the game. DLC is only used to make up for a lack of money made off the base games. SM2 crushed the sales

I think that rumor September Playstation showcase for PS5 Pro is a good place for Sony to announce the DLC for Spider-Man 2 running on PS5 Pro, and then release the DLC one month later in October.

Truthfully yes. I’d like to have a PS5 Pro if it happens. Because for me I want the best performance console experience possible. I’m annoyed at the possibility because I don’t want reason to spent money. Lol And the way this generation has been for PlayStation in general. But I’d be on board just as I was with PS4 Pro.

When the little PlayStation message played at the beginning, I low-key thought for a split second it was an ad and my RU-vid premium was gone! 🤣 Also, I literally got my PS5 3 weeks before the Spider-Man two PS5 was announced. I was so annoyed, but after thinking about it I realized I wouldn't have gotten it until September and probably wouldn't have had enough time to play the first game and Miles before Spider-Man two came out. I got the controller, but I was never able to get the plates Because they were always sold out when I would try. Maybe a miracle will happen and I can find them somehow that's not eBay lol! In the future if there is a Spider-Man three exclusive PlayStation, I'll get it!

My guess for games releasing next year are : Ghost of Tsushima 2, marvel Venom and God of war (standalone game for Atreus) I also think marvel Spider-Man 2 will get a ps5 pro upgrade

I just hope Sony goes back to the days of 2015 - 2020 where we had hit after hit of SINGLE PLAYER story driven games (can include a free multiplayer update down the line, like Ghost of Thushima did) and for the whole Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise, it continues to be successful. Insomniac are my favourite devs besides Naughty Dog and I want them to succeed.

Unfortunately I don’t see that happening if they choose not to. Given that Microsoft and Xbox have not been releasing many bangers the past few years and essentially threw in the towel, there’s no competition. Sony and PlayStation can quite literally just do whatever they want and can deadass get away with it cause there ain’t much else to play

I'm only getting a ps5 pro if my current ps5 busts, the only thing they're going to be improve at this point is framerate, and i could not remotely care about higher framrates, 30 fps is completely fine and people need to stop bitching about it like it's the worst thing ever

For some people like myself, 30fps gives me headaches that are so bad that it’s borderline migraines. Before the performance mode of Horizon Forbidden West got patched, I did a resolution mode play through and my eyes never adjusted to 30fps despite not changing it. Those were painful, Advil popping months for me.

PS5 Pro? What a terrible idea. Over half of PlayStation's userbase still has a PS4 because guess what? The PS5 is kinda overhyped, had a terrible launch and hardly has any good games for it several years after it's launch. No one is going to buy the PS5 Pro unless they're a trendchaser.
