Night Mode and dynamic objects look epic. This is going to be an amazing 2023!!

This deserves a lot of positive feedback from the players, we've been talking trash for a tad too long. Well done Wg, if this gets implemented smoothly we might witness WOT's second golden age

WG makes some weird decisions. There's no denying that. That said, your art, sound and music departments are top tier. Even if things are crap, they look **amazing** while being crap.

The amount of great things announced in this one video is incredible. This is actually game changing and i cant wait to see these in game

a Test Drive mode would also be a huge feature to WoT :) so players get to choose their branches,vehicles and so on

I am just amazed seeing this and only wondering about the dynamic maps and how that will work

I like the fact that you're just not throwing in new vehicles but are actually working on what looks like interactive environments. Watching the blimp blow up and crashing as well as the plane crashing are definite positive changes for the game. Also the tide changing on Oyster Bay looks really awesome. Night mode also looks like it can be fun. All you need to do now is introduce weather.

Glad to see that one crew will be able to play on 3 different tanks now. I've been wondering for years why the crews completely forget the tanks they have already trained on as soon as they learn the next tank in the tech tree.

And there was me, slightly worried that they would be announcing they're shutting down. The WG marketing department have nailed this one. Well done!

Ok, now I watched the full video. I hope you took out the best parts of crew 2.0. The crew system needed a rework. It's very good that we will be able to use the same crew in 3 different tanks. Dynamic water and objects are very, very cool. I'm curious what effect they will have. Also excited about the rebalances. Please, for the love of RNGesus, buff the Rino... If you implement all this, my hats off to you! Wish you all a successful 2023.

I remember asking at the 2015 Cantigny event about the possibility of adding dynamic events or stuff into the game and the response I got was "This will never happen/can't happen in an online game like World of Tanks." Look at you guys now, saying it can happen. Glad its coming sooner rather than later.😊

Been playing for 11 years. Seen the game go through a lot of growing pains. I appreciate wargamings ability to continue evolving throughout the years.

I have a big hopes, but i don't want to say anything yet. So many times we had something great announced and then big disappointment. Nevertheless, i hope WG will finally understood that they have a community who want changes. I'm waiting impatiently :)

can't wait for night maps and TYPE 71 and dynamic objects looked great too. I hope to see these things next year

So to balance the dynamic objects assuming they change the map, I recommend having a list of certain times they can spawn and then having the server do an rng roll to choose a time this way we don't have people sitting around waiting for them to happen

That'll all be awesome IF a re-balancing is also part of it!

Wow! I'm so looking forward to this update. it looks great with the environmental dynamics.

The mention of respawns is what got my attention, looking forward to that.

I hope with those rebalances we are also talking about the cheiftan and the obj 279e. It doesn't matter what tank i'm in against them, it always feels like there is nothing I can do except press that 2 key.

Idk why people are complaining about the crew changes. I didn't like the idea of Crew 2.0, but these changes look amazing! We get more perks, meaning less 'taking camo on the loader of my T95 because there is nothing else to take', and more tank optimization. Sure, it will take a bit more XP to get ALL perks (which isn't even mandatory outside of ranked etc.), but using the crew in 3 tanks will make it way faster and means you also have to retrain it less often (which even seems to cost less too!).

I love how they just drop this out if nowhere. This was actually beautiful and it brought a tear to my eye mid train ride. Huge Props to the dev team if they keep to their word. This sort've thing has the chance of bringing the game to the next generation

About the dynamic events on certain maps… do you actually die when you as a player were too unfortunate to be caught under those ? For example a HE 111 crash landing on top of the player?

This will be the best update. the dynamic objects and water will be so nice.

YES YES YESSS.... i always wanted you guys to add in weather events and battle/enviromental events. maps can change and offer a new opportunity to break the stalemate in the middle of the battle. Interactive environments, special events on maps, weather changing, night battles. Things to spice it up.

I've been playing since 2013 and this is BIG STUFF! You guys rock! This is a lot of change to try and cram into one year but it all looks great and I'm very excited to see it.

WG can we also see dynamic time in maps? for example morning, midday and evening time/lighting, it would make the maps feel more alive.

these all are great, the dynamic water seems concerning for low end devices, BUT DO NOT DO THE MOTHER DOING CREW UPDATE. and if you want more dynamic maps MAYBE REMOVE INVISABLE WALLS!!!

I like how the new "Crew 2.0" looks like - Each crew member can be selected and can be assigned specific perks, which are also shown in the video. There are only 6 slots (or more, who knows?) plus a zero perk (if available) for each crewman. Tbh not many players have a crew with more than 6 perks on all crewmen, so not many players will lose something. Great stuff! EDIT: Never again will we have to look for another crewman just because a line has 4 crewmen at the beginning and 6 at the end (and 3 in the middle of the tree). Not to mention one crew trained for 3 vehicles even if we have to pay gold for it, except premium vehicles which wont need training - Love this idea 🙂

...I'm sitting here remembering WoT in early 2011. American branch was JUST released, tanks were glued to the map. One engine sound for all tanks above tier 3. Now the damn tide changes and a zeppelin might crash into you. LOL

Everything looks awesome, props to you. It all depends on implementation, especially the crew rework. If that's successful in a way that actually helps the players, the game will surely get a second wind.

Wow! I still remember the old garage with the different versions for regular and premium accounts, when adding the French to have more than just the original 3 nations was unthinkable, and the old physics engine... game sure has come a long way!

If there's a roadmap and thorough testing with these features, I think they can very much positively impact the game

Night maps will REALLY be a great addition to the Game IF they also added headlights for the tanks The fights would just be... EPIC!! Also i'm hyped for dynamic water and objects, however it would be boring if it's the same thing & at the same time & rate on everytime you play, Making it a bit random would give it excitement, water sometimes rises, sometimes doesn't happen, maybe on different times in the match, Same with Dynamic Objects, too. Looking forward to them

Most of what I saw on the crew skills update really made me happy, some great decisions like moving firefighting from allcrew to radio operator and lots of useful new skills and sensible updates, but Armorer made me slightly raise my eyebrows a bit since it's reducing the upper threshold of RNG spread too, which could be seen as an undesirable impact if you're the kind of guy who lives for the high rolls even if it means risking low rolls. Also, surprised Adrenaline Rush didn't get turned into how it works in Warships where it's just a scaling buff to reload up to 10% depending on how damaged you are, instead of a flat buff only kicking in at the bottom 10% threshold of your hitpoints. Those niggling points aside, I'm glad to see this solid rework. Also, holy sweet jesus, levolution!? Killcams!? 2023 is gonna be nuts, looking forward to it.

Something else I wish they would adjust is how your tank feels so tiny. I never feel like I am in a huge peice of metal. It just feels rather small. Would be a really cool change if things were rescaled

I just pray that these dynamic objects will stay for good and won't be like time event only.

Rebalancing maps usually involves taking out all the TD positions from a map

This actually looks insane! I hope the crew member get reworked because it seems like if you train brothers in arms and a lot of radio opp skills, you can easily get over 45-60% major qualifications for the entire crew! That sounds like it can cause some problems.

This Game seriously deserves an award for being the most progressive, updated, forward thinking and current. It blows my mind that 12 years and this game is able to keep up with current competitors, all with just the concept of tanks shooting each other. lol. I wonder if they will ever try to make an MMORPG =)
