the balatro demo is still one of the greatest demos everrr it feels like it has as much content as like flash issac (maybe even base rebirth, i dont wanna go too far) and its just getting more and more demos feel more like full games and the full games is gonna be a fuller game its admirable

Jokers trigger from left to right - so any joker with a red multiplier should be the rightmost joker, because they multiply the multiplier. Joker order is usually "plus" > "Multiplyer" > "Red multiplyer"

The new meta with this demo is just Flushes. Flush out of your mind. 6/45 jokers are Flush jokers with 5/6 of them being common. The last one uncommon. Then you have 3-4 other jokes promoting straights, which sometimes lets you go for Straight Flushes. Plus, flushes are super easy to assemble. You can't buff Highcard out of its mind anymore because the telescope was removed for this demo. The Trio joker might be a joker you could build an entire deck around, but its uncommon, and I doubt it would be easy. The sunflower actively discourages flushes, but getting every suite in a full scoring hand is really difficult. I'm not sure if a x3 mult is worth it. At least not with the jokers we have available to us.

For anyone curious on his figuring out the higher hand, if you gain both the additive and the additional mult, its always better to increase the mult, because it will multiply all values not just doubling the added bit

Hey olex! I know it may sound strange but the most efficient way to think of the blue vs red is if they balance out roughly. Although every round will skew or options will be limited but think of a square. The length (blue) is multiplied by width (red) so they multiply each other. Also please keep at it, I enjoy your gameplay, we watch you for your attitude and who you are. Much love by a nerd

If you could arrange the cards you play so the face cards are as far to the right as possible, that x2 mult Joker would be even more effective. I don't know if it lets you do that, or not.

Bro I was running a straight run and on average I was getting close to 50k on my first straight hand but the dude that makes you play only one hand ended my run cuz I didn’t get a straight and the other hand types were garbage.
