Correction Kobe wore Jordan 7s not the 8s when he faced MJ and the Wizards in Washington but back in LA he wore the Jordan 8s and scores 55 points as the Lakers beat MJ and the Wizards.
The biggest myth about this game is that people think Kobe drop all 55 points on MJ. Truth is he drop those points mainly on Stackhouse, Russell and other Wizards players. You knew what MJ was going to do but you couldn't stop him, but with Kobe you didn't know what he was going to do and you still couldn't stop him. MJ was different but his big hands and huge athleticism helped MJ out a lot rt, but Kobe's bag was much deeper no cap.
