The President is smart enough to know how Kibaki swiftly work on our economy despite the shortcomings, the coalitions that forms his government for 2 terms, the new constitution challenges, the 2007/08 PEV but Kibaki restored things without putting more burden to mwananchi. Ruto economic plan failed during President Moi, and it also failed Uhuru in his 2nd term. The President should stop behaving like tourist on vacation, get to office, sat with economic think tanks and made a swift economic roadmap without focusing on reelection barely a year in office. Until now despite having all this cabinet secretaries we haven't see them busy working for Kenyans, all we see they are busy working for the President b6 following him everywhere he goes which the journey has never stopped or takes a break one bit. If you think President Ruto is heading on the right direction, Mr, you need to evaluate between your reasoning capacity and your personal emotions. For Ruto to defend his seat in 2027 and win on fair grounds, he needs to change his economic strategy, his roadside shows, and sat on the driving seat in Harambee hse and do his job like Kibaki used to do.

If you are born in the late 90's maybe you were too young to see Kenya in it worst during Moi eras, and Moi used to run things they way Ruto does, taking trips with the entire cabinet everyday, overtaxing almost all imports that was extremely hard for an ordinary Kenyans to afford a simple radio and if he does, he couldn't be able to enjoy it because Eveready was too expensive and electricity was exclusively to riches. Public services were collapsing that spending a minute in general hospital was like being Locked in industrial police cells. Public toilet was no go zone and living near government public mortuary was impossible. And this is where we are heading back judging the way Ruto is running things. I am speaking from experience because I am born 80's and I drunk Nyayo milk.
I like the way Ruto matured in politics. Were he to use his aggressive approach like when he was in ODM he wouldn’t have won. Ruto stayed calm and let uhuru and tinga cook fry and serve themselves 😂😂

It confirms that he has never really had to work for anything he has always been given on a plate. @@peter-fi7uk yes, he abandoned his people after getting voted twice that's why kikuyus resented him. He came off as a user, he used the likes of Ruto and after getting what he wanted he dumped them. That didn't sit well with his support base, uhuru has only himself to blame for his unpopularity within the Mt Kenya region.
The objective of the prayer rally wasn't development but getting Ruto out of ICC and the objective was met that's why it's a considered a success. Learn to understand contexts.

Kenyans are we suffering from amnesia or are we stupid not remember Kenya during President Moi eras, and where we are heading? You keep moved by this story and forgot the way things are going on right now. Yes, Uhuru failed Kenyans by concentrating everything towards his family, destroy The entire Vision 2030 dreams, now we are entering into another level closer to fulfill Moi's prophecies of KANU will run this country for a 100yrs. We are going back to where affording electricity is impossible for middle class, we are going back to where getting services in public office you have to pay for it, we are going back where our judiciary is controlled by the head of state, constitution are treated like piece of paper and only favorable content are honored while the rest are there for the sake of it. If we don't have credible justice system what else will remain as our shield or leverage. Kibaki and his Mt Kenya mafias worked hard to restore sanity in our public institution, police public relations and restored faith in our justice system but Uhuru came and slowly took us back by buying all the mainstream media and gave Matian'gi power to bully people, now Ruto is doing everything he used to complain against during Uhuru's regime.
