This was an incredible video! Settlers is my first league and Poe has won my heart for my favourite arpg of all time (until poe2 perhaps). I think I’m going to participate in this gauntlet to see what it’s like and maybe win a mystery box. I have no idea what I’m doing most of the time making my own builds but I think the gauntlet approach of making the best with what little you have seems like a very fun idea. Good luck everyone
I freaking love this game so much and the community as well, thins like this are so NEAT! Also, this video made me realize how much I still don't know about this game... Which is one of the reasons I'm so excited for POE2. I'm pumped to start at the beginning so I know what's going on and don't feel so lost at times. I hope everyone playing in the gauntlet has a BLAST! I look forward to watching it.
Curious when you started? Had a random thought, how crazy would it be to JUST discover PoE, only to realize these guys are making a sequel, just as complicated. The amount of FOMO from PoE 1, and the excitement of PoE 2, would be absolutely overwhelming for me 😂
@@stu.chainz I'm not quite in that spot that you explained, but I am freaking over the moon excited for POE2. I have been playing POE1 for prb 6 months maybe... I tried it a long time ago and gave up, then saw a couple videos on how to use POB etc so I tried it, and I've been hooked ever since. It's mostly of course the past league stuff I don't know, a lot of the "special" or required bosses to get that good gear etc, idk how to get to them or that they are even there sometimes lol... It's just SOOO much to learn. That's why I think it's gonna be so fun to actually be able to start at the beginning of it so I don't feel so lost all the time.
I think you underplayed Bens achievement during the Misery gauntlet and should have spend a bit more time on his insane performance vs the difficulty of the gauntlet. Could have mentioned how much of the bounties he got, and how he kept pushing after he pretty much won already including Feared, no hit and UUE. Also how his build only started to do damage after being close to an enemy for 1.5 secs

Speaking of private leagues, does anyone know if GGG has stated whether private leagues will be available on consoles in POE2? And if so, whether private leagues will be cross platform (ie consoles can play in PC leagues and vice versa)?
6:02, nah, he could not, I believe its impossible to got to any "good" depth in SSF. The thing is delve's dificulty rises exponentially. So I doubt that in non trade very short league anyone can go deeper than 400-500 depth. With that 1 pts per 100 depth is nothing and more likely just lack of delve mechanic knowledge.
I wonder if Blizzard named their absolutely terrible game mode "Gauntlet" in Diablo 4 after the Path of Exile Gauntlet... This game mode in D4 is absolutely atrocious, perhaps the worst game mode in an ARPG that I have ever played or seen... the first time I did it, I think I got a magic item as a reward even though I was lvl 100 and killed so many bosses... a complete waste of time and energy... they really need to go back to the drawing board with that. Blizzard continues to destroy the beloved Diablo franchise, whereas Grinding Gear Games continues to excel and elevate the Path of Exile franchise...If I was better at PoE, I would LOVE to take part in the gauntlet. But, alas, I am not that good lol. But I still love the game, and I am more excited for PoE2 than any other game ever. Even more excited for Diablo 3, which I bought a gaming PC for but then I moved to the Rocky Mountains (and gave the PC to my mom to use while I was away). I ended up moving back a year later and jumping into D3, but it was a big let down... I know PoE2 is not going to be a let down though. I have so much faith in the company, and have never had as great an experience with a gaming company than I have had with GGG :)
@metamon2704 so Gauntlet shouldn't exist because not everyone can win it? If its not for you, it's not for you. Nothing is stopping for from getting better at the game or from making your own SC event that caters to a more casual audience
