This system can be solved exactly by elimination, or by row-reducing the augmented matrix. A system encountered in "real life" would likely not have an integer solution!

Gonkee is correct. I didn't want to get into that because I wanted to keep the video short and focused on the technique itself. Fortunately, the matrix for systems that arise in actual engineering situations ARE diagonally dominant.
So do I have to solve the equation in gauss elimination method first in order to to find the actual value and then proceed for gauss seidal method like you showed ??
