If you followed the Jacobi method for the same problem, should you get the same answer for 2 iterations?

No please, this is because. The 2nd iteration for Jacobi takes the previous values for x1-3. While the Gauss Seidel takes the updated values in each step to find x1-3

@MyCharm85 yes with enough iterations you are likely to get the same answers. But you are likely to arrive at the actual values faster with Gauss-Seidel as compared to Jacobi, since Gauss-Seidel has inputs updated every now and then.
