Just letting you know for future reference, that would be better considered a rifle not a machine gun. Machine guns are defined as weapons that can fire more than one round with a single trigger pull. For smaller firearms such as automatic pistols, they would be considered machine pistols. Maybe you were thinking about the automatic rifles you see in movies. I think if a rifle is automatic it may be considered a machine gun, but not if it is semi-automatic or single action. Think of it like calling a bicycle a dirt bike. You can make it look like a dirt bike but if you still have to pedal instead of an engine doing all the accelerating it's still a bicycle.
