Very good videos, but i have a small question. In the book you have defined the calculation rate as FR/F where FR and F are the thermal death time @ 121.5 and T respectively. Here in the tutorial you have defined the lethal rate as 1/F, and you didn't multiply by F@121.5 Celsius = 2.52. Which definition is the correct and did i miss understood sth regards
