He’s not as eloquent as I thought he would be. Maverick Carter on the Podcasts is basically who I thought he would be. Rich Paul having all those memes about running the NBA and being the best agent in the league Made me think he was some master class 1000 IQ dude. He just seems like one of his friends that rode along for the ride. He is definitely not the businessman I thought we would be, but props to him. I’ve seen the rich Paul full interview with Gilbert arenas and I will watch this one. Through words, it’s clear why rich Paul is where he is. His mindset is very dialectical, but on a deeper level, rich Paul is an ethereal communicator. He can clearly get across what he is thinking in such a way where he has gravitas when he speaks, and the thing is, that part about integrity is everything. If we strip away everything, who are you as a man? Not what you DID, but who you ARE. Everyday I wake up in the morning I pressure myself to do better than I did the day before for myself, not anyone else…but myself. When I was a kid and they I was taught that integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking…holds true to this day. I want to be happy with the decisions I make when it’s no one else to hold me accountable. Great conversation.

I feel like there is something fake with this guy and that is the main reason Lebron left Miami. Because Pat Riley couldnt stand these frauds who wanted to take over the franchise and do what they wanted like now in LA or in Cle. No bullshit in Miami and Lebron understood it and left. They never really said why and how Lebron quit Miami, did they? If found it weird he didnt even tell his "friend" D Wade untill the last day... I feel like things around Lebron re not always as cool as they want to make it look like. Lebron is the NBA money maker, so they d let him and who we choses do what they want. Oh and when they re exposed, they play the race card of course. If Curry wanted his family to "own" GSW in a way, like putting his family members in the key roles, the organisation would not tell him no, but u dont hear such story because they have morals

He's right in a way. A building is only as strong as it's foundation. LeBron isn't the only ones in the business meeting. He isn't the only one pushing himself to not party, and to stay in the gym. He has good influences around him

First off Rich Paul didn't get himself in the door of sports because of a damn shirt. He's trying to avoid giving Bron credit. That nikka is foolish to not give credit where it is due. You didn't need to be a yes man, because Bron don't even role like that, his heart was in it, bottom line. Gtfoh

I think Rich is cool and all, but Bron still has more burn. Premature book run. Also, an average interviewee at best.

It wasnt rocket science to know that Bron was gonna be a super star in the NBA and reach the MJ level. So gravitating and staying around him since he let y all stay was an evident thing to do because y all were expecting opportunities. If not, why RP wait 9yrs around Bron before he made him his agent? What was in it for him? He said Bron watched him sacrifice... Sacrifice what exactly??? They knew Bron wont let them go after sticking around this long and was gonna feel sorry for them. Bron is a man of heart
