Jeff's Barbershop wasn't around back then, so when Jeff decided to grow his hair out and go through the awkward phase, I figured we'd show you how to get a cut / trim but still maintain that overall length he wants. It's really all about tightening the sides, texturizing the hair, and styling it to your liking!
I'm almost the awkward phase myself, so expect more videos on men's hair in the awkward phase soon!

No the awkward stage is when your hair is is too short for a long style and too long for a short style. This occurs when your trying to grow your hair out, and before you hit that awesome looking long hair, you hit the awkward stage. Your hair basically looks awkward and its hard to style, so you either go short again or you suffer and grow it out completely
