We've stayed in the gatehouse and the old stable block at Gwidyr Castle in the past. The gatehouse was pretty scary too, not helped by the peacocks that sat in the roof and shouted! It's an amazingly beautiful house and gardens, would love to visit again.. thanks for the memory. I used to sit in the gardens in the evening and have lots sketches I did while there.
