The Gibb Collective is a musical tribute, a family legacy and a fresh new take on classic songs. The Bee Gees left us with some of the most memorable music of the 70’s. And now the children of Andy, Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb have found a new way to honor their fathers through music, The Gibb Collective. The Gibb Collective was founded in 2016 by Maurice’s daughter, Samantha, and quickly blossomed from a single into their first full album, The Gibb Collective (Official) Album. The album is a collection of covers infused with new life and recorded by the children, nieces, nephews and the younger sister of all four Gibb brothers. @@Perepetespal - Spencer, Melissa, RJ and Snow, all of Robin's kids were born in the UK. Barry's son Stephen was born in the UK and the rest in the US. I believe Maurice's children were born in the US as well. I would think even some born in the US might have picked up a bit of their accents from their parents. Spencer still has an accent and RJ certainly has a very pronounced British accent.

Ginger Eldridge: I did tear up the first time I saw and heard this video.I haven't been this excited about the release of any CD in DECADES! RJ's singing voice sounds just like his Uncle Andy's! RJ will sing 'I Started A Joke' in a way that would've made Robin proud! I can't wait to hear Spencer's version of 'Don't Fall in Love With Me,Baby.' I'm totally psyched! I can't wait 'til April!

I am so very happy to see and heard all this beautiful Bee Gees kids continue their fathers legacy with so much love and respect for their beautiful musical career as composers and singers that cost them so many rewards but also many sacrifices for them and their families to go away for longer periods of time or suffer through addictions that unfortunately took it's toll among their loving family....I love you guys for continuing this beautiful musical legacy you all sing amazing that hopefully won't be just a memory for all of us their fans that you guys continue with their hard working job they started many years ago that we love and respect all of us their fans.... Not coming a moment too soon. There are just too many cousins in that next generation not to have some pretty awesome talent lurking some where. I don't even know how many of that next generation there is, much less all their names but I'm hoping someone is keeping track of who needs to be more involved. Being one of many cousins [though, alas,none of us with any great Gibb talent] I've often been assigned the dubious honor of monitoring the tribe and trying to figure out who is missing in action and seems to have crawled under a rock and hiding at the moment. This is no small task in most families. Doubt that the Gibb situation is any different. Someone will have to be sure that no one is neglected because of natural shyness. Very often, in a group like the Gibb family, the ones who wish to continue the legacy are already hard at work. This is natural...it just makes it harder for those who would rather be shot at dawn than appear in front of a group. Its far from an easy situation and I wish everyone all the luck and love i this world has to offer.

*Honored and humbled to have gotten ❤️ from you ! I had an abusive childhood & more often than not the Bee Gees helped me cope until I went into the military. It wasn't just music your family made, it was peace, calm during storms that nearly took my life several times. I could never thank your family enough for saving me, and helping me smile when I was internally in a million pieces. Please let Barry know that, and also I'm not smug to think that I was the only one changed or saved by their gifts to the world. May God Bless you to keep the legacy going and God rest the souls of the ones no longer here with us. In my heaven that is the music that will be playing (along with Elvis ofcourse)*

Such talented brothers, the likes of which we will never see again.......then the kids get together and they too are very talented. There are no words to describe how wonderful I feel after listening to the kids singing. RIP Maurice, Robin and Andy. You are missed every day. I want to say I'm incredibly excited for each of you who are carrying on the legacy and bringing your own musical talents to the songs. I remember many years ago, in a very small northern town in Ontario Canada, late nights and turning the radio to try to find a station that was clear. I fell in love with the first of the Bee Gee's songs that I heard, from First of May, New York Mining Disaster to I Started a Joke and remained a fan all these year! Love what you, as family, are doing! Incredible music in it's own right. Thank you for sharing!

I was moved by the Gibb family inclusion of Peta as if there was never any question of her role in the Collective. I read an interview in which she basically said that offer gave her unexpected happiness and a stronger sense of family. To me, that speaks volumes for the Bee Gees' lineage and part of my eternal love of their music and enduring legacies.

I just came across this and wondered how I never knew of this project! Gosh, Andy Gibb was one of my first concerts. I’ve loved them all. I sing myself and I love singing each BeeGee’s part depending on my mood with any given song. This is great stuff!!! Thank you for doing this! ❤❤❤

It's haunting and there's nothing like it today on the "bought and paid for radio". You are original, don't change. Main Course is my favorite. Bee Gees, both Barry solos, Robin solo. fab. Bee Gees song, How Can You Mend a Broken Heart. Album cuts, edge of the universe, Winds of Change, Wasn't that the way it was. You get the picture, I love them. It was a loving and united family. Children and grandchildren were brought up in love and songs. This is felt and seen (when they were together for example at Christmas). This is an awesome concept and can't wait for the tribute to a legendary group. It is awesome to see the next generation to keep the music alive. Great intro Steve and I enjoy seeing you Steve and Sam in the Mythology Tour. It was a special concert as this collaboration of talented next Gibb generation and I love the title. Bravo to all of you guys. I’ve watched the Gibb collectives since the start and I love how’s the fans have reacted to you. Tho at one point a critic came out lashing at all of you, claiming that you wasted your trust funds in investing at this project claiming that you don’t have the talent. Well, screw him or her, first of all that’s your money and a prerogative for you. In the first place is not a waste. I’ve watch the 12? Episode of the Gibb collective already. I think this will be a wonderful tribute. Your father's were very special and talented. I have heard all of you sing and you all have great talents of your own. I have to say this, I had a major crush on Barry in my younger days, then I saw interviews and I loved Maurice. I think he was so funny. After that I got into Robin's solo CD's and songs he sang and I fell in love with him. He was so sexy and sensual singing his songs from the heart, I just fell in love. I am a 67 year old woman and I can't help it. Sorry but I had to share. I listen to his music everyday. ❤️🌹❤️
