As already been said Jubilee troop but some call them PTU short for Poor tatters Unit because almost every one of them gets a tattered coat around 2 1/2 years old. 🤓🇸🇪
@@PamPreston78 No! Sorry, you misunderstood me because I wasn't clear enough. I meant Kimmarievan already told you. I meant her. I don't remember Jubilee mentioned in the video. I'm sorry! I didn't want to take her mention it first from her. 🤓🇸🇪
What a happy video! Sigrid's coat looks healthy as well as her legs, and she has at least one good family member or friend who cares about her. What a resilient little girl! Pretty too. I'm always amazed at how these macaques, even the little kids, just get on with life despite sometimes horrific disabilities or injuries. Truth be told, there are plenty of humans dealt a rough hand, or a rough time in their life, that just get one with dealing with their problems too. I know it's common to idolize animals and demonize humans, but there are many people who don't complain and just deal with their own less than ideal circumstances. Whether macaque or human, it's wonderful to see them overcome their difficulties. I hope Sigrid has a long and happy life.
She reminds me of the quote in the movie, "GI Jane." It is: You'll never see a wild thing feeling sorry for itself. They just get on with life and adapt. She is an inspiration.
It’s crazy to think of what even I myself complain about in everyday life. Gotta start realizing how blessed I am when so many others (human and animal) aren’t but they aren’t complaining, just getting to it everyday.
Sigrid looks so lost and sad poor girl. I wondered if she has family? That’s a long way back for her too. I hope she gets lots of goodies so the trip will be worth it ❤️❤️
Grazie Mr. Marsico for providing us with amazing stories of Monkey Hill. Your dedication and knowledge is quite extraordinary of this unique world. I appreciate your hard work which has often provided moments of relaxation and wonder. All the very best dear gentleman to you and these marvelous primates.
Hello AM and all of my monkey hill friends. I'm so glad that Sigrid is doing well. When she becomes a mother what are the chances of her babies being deformed as well?
