I'm honestly in shock. I've never heared this story in a full version and listening to your story telling with the editing and sound effects makes it 10x better but i was also scared i couldn't stop praying inside lol. God bless her, this is such a inspirational story and that her quote "the jungle was not at fault" was truly heartwarming as she sees it in a positive light. Thanks again Andy for this awesome one!

The audio editing for this video is very well done, it pulls off immersive and setting the proper mood well without being to invasive to the listening experience of the story
Andy, I really appreciate this longer format! Couple story suggestions from an aviation enthusiast; look up the flight attendant, who fell the longest distance and survived. I think this happened in Europe, crazy story. And the photographer lady who survived small plane crash in US, this happened in the Mesas, where the billionaire Steve Fosset perished too, just much earlier. Especially the end of her story is kinda insane. Im being sorta vague on purpose, I dont wanna spoil any part of these wild stories for future watchers :)

This really is one of the most impressive stories of survival there is, and hearing it told like this is great! I really hope that the algorithm picks these longer videos up and promotes them just like your shorts.
Andy, you are a great story teller! I've heard this story before but it was brief just the miracle of her surviving without any part of her journey. This was fascinating. Btw, there is surprisingly one more woman who survived falling out of a plane! I don't remember names but it was either a little over a year before or year after Julian.
This is amazing and what happened to that poor girl and having survived all that is just wonderous . Love the long format Andy please do more of these.

I'm not going to lie when I saw your short about this story, at first I was irritated that I had to watch another video to find out what happened. But after watching the video, I love how animated you were while telling this incredible true story. As a long time subscriber to your channel, I encourage you to make more long videos. As long as the quality of your videos are as good as this one or better

I've been one of your most devoted subscribers and fans for a long time. But I hadn't seen this video till now, March 2024. Anyhow, I'm old - and I remember the story of Juliane Koepcke very well. I'm the same age as she is. But there the similarities end. What an amazing story. What an extraordinary girl! Who ever since has led a life of modesty, learning, and devotion to the health and well-being of others.
Thank you thank you for doing longer stories. I loveeee your shorts and when I’m busy doing things around the house, I like that I could let your video replay and it doesn’t bother me to hear it over and over again until I get a chance to swipe up with my hands.
You might be wondering why so many electras crashed. Production of the electra Started in 1959 and It was projected to be a sucess. Howerever, a design problem with the propellers caused them to vibrate, which would make the wings start shaking uncontrollably until one of them broke off, which would cause a chain reaction completely destroying the planes mid-air. Many planes crashed before the problem was solved. This turned the electra into one of the safest planes on earth, but these crashes ruined the reputation of the electra. Production ceased in 1961. This crash was unrelated to this design issue of the electra.

Long form of your Hidden Stories is brilliant - I am holding my breath listening to your narration. These are events I have never heard about and I worked in aviation for decades, Qantas as a flight attendant. ALL of your research is compelling - this one is another example - thank you. It is a miracle!
I think if I was her I would have still probably died. But I would never give up. I would have moments where I would be saying things like I’m going to die, I should just stop. But then I would grit my teeth and think, “No I have my cats, dogs, and mom, I won’t stop even if it kills me”
I love these story's you bring them to life I actually gave a little scream when she realized she was falling and teared up when you went quiet said " her mom" I can't wait to listen to the rest of the storied
