The glorious BMW M3 GTR (E46)  

Hello there ! Today i wanted to talk about the BMW M3 (E46) GTR in this video . I hope you like it :)
Also ,have you ever wondered how does this car makes a "supercharger" noise ? Well ,this car is naturally aspirated actually ,the reason why M3 GTR makes that whine noise is that because there are straight cut gears in the 6 speed sequential gearbox of the car . Normal city cars have helical gears in their gearbox for smooth and silent gear changes but in race cars there are straight cut gears in gearbox instead of helical gears . Straight cut gears produces better efficiency and lightness of gearbox . Thats why they use straight cut gears in gearboxes of race cars . So ,you know where does that magical whine sound come from now ;)
