I hope you guys read these, my GF bought us 2 VIP ticket experiences, and we didn't get the email that the other local fans in Prince Goerge recieved. she loves you guys and spent the money for this experience, and we didn't get the email you sent out 3 days before your show to tell us where to be and what time to be there.... we didn't get the merch, the lanyards or anything promised in the VIP experience.... where are my answers? where's our refund?
Why didn't you get an email? Did you contactvwherevthe venue was held as to this? Didn't know anyone else who had v.i.p tix? A refund for what? Did you attend show? It's not their fault & sure don't even know how many are suppose to be at meet ; greet. People handle this for their behalf. I just seenbthem here in hamilton ontario. Fantastic show.
