The deeper life , is always and only in Christ. The law made nothing perfect but the bringing in of a better hope did.

So exegetically sound. Solid Biblical teaching. I have a different belief/ understanding on Jerusalem. But the fact that every one of your sermons are so heavy on scripture and historical context! Wonderful. Has impacted my life at very dark times. Praise the Lord

This guy's good. The days of clicking on a video to review a biblical principle are on the wane, given the prominence of AI. I have to see the image of a man speaking on a podium for me to click.

Jeremiah 31:30 says "...everyone shall die for his own sin; each man who eats sour grapes, shall be set on edge." Will nine (9) days prayers of the dead man's family help a dead man's soul go to heaven and not to hell as soon as he dies?

Hi Judith, blessings on you. the Bible teaches us that only in their life can we make a decision for Jesus or not. When we die, that decision his final. We know that some religions teach the idea of purgatory, but the Bible does not support that teaching. Good is good and wants everyone to come to the knowledge of the truth about Jesus, but it is only during this life that we can make that decision. After we diem, nothing can change our destiny. Hope that this helps. Blessings in Jesus. Hebrews 9:27 tells us... 27 And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment...

Thank You for your time in this. I know that timing is always an issue for a pastor, but I do wish you would have given more detail on the details of Jeremiah 31:22; Commentaries are all over the board. Even the JPS says flatly, "Hebrew is of uncertain meaning."
@HarpazoReady2022
@HarpazoReady2022 7 месяцев назад
The meaning of the book of Hebrews isn’t uncertain. Chuck Missler, Andy Woods, Gary Hamrick, JD Farag, Perry Stone, John Barnett (DBTM), David Jeremiah, John MacArthur, Les Feldick, Greg Laurie and Skip Heitzig all have detailed sermons about Hebrews explaining exactly its meaning and purpose, which is quite interesting. Pastor Chuck Missler gives very compelling evidence that the author was Paul and *why* he left it unsigned, but did leave a clue pointing to Paul💜

GOD YEHOVAH THE COVENANTGIVER AND COVENANTKEEPER THE LAWGIVER AND LAWKEEPER IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY ANTILAW COVENANT BEING INSINUATED BY THE ANTILAW ANTICOVENNT ANTIYEHOVAH PAGAN CHRISTIANITY Deuteronomy 26:16-19 ASV This day Jehovah thy God commandeth thee to do these statutes and ordinances: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thy heart, and with all thy soul. [17] Thou hast avouched Jehovah this day to be thy God, and that thou wouldest walk in his ways, and keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his ordinances, and hearken unto his voice: [18] and Jehovah hath avouched thee this day to be a people for his own possession, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments; [19] and to make thee high above all nations that he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honor; and that thou mayest be a holy people unto Jehovah thy God, as he hath spoken. Deuteronomy 27:9-10 ASV And Moses and the priests the Levites spake unto all Israel, saying, Keep silence, and hearken, O Israel: This day thou art become the people of Jehovah thy God. [10] Thou shalt therefore obey the voice of Jehovah thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day. Deuteronomy 28:1,9-10,13-14 ASV And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that Jehovah thy God will set thee on high above all the nations of the earth: [9] Jehovah will establish thee for a holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee; if thou shalt keep the commandments of Jehovah thy God, and walk in his ways. [10] And all the peoples of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of Jehovah; and they shall be afraid of thee. [13] And Jehovah will make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if thou shalt hearken unto the commandments of Jehovah thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them, [14] and shalt not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. Deuteronomy 29:9-15,29 ASV Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do. [10] Ye stand this day all of you before Jehovah your God; your heads, your tribes, your elders, and your officers, even all the men of Israel, [11] your little ones, your wives, and thy sojourner that is in the midst of thy camps, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water; [12] that thou mayest enter into the covenant of Jehovah thy God, and into his oath, which Jehovah thy God maketh with thee this day; [13] that he may establish thee this day unto himself for a people, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he spake unto thee, and as he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. [14] Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath, [15] but with him that standeth here with us this day before Jehovah our God, and also with him that is not here with us this day [29] The secret things belong unto Jehovah our God; but the things that are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. Deuteronomy 30:11-14,20 ASV For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not too hard for thee, neither is it far off. [12] It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it? [13] Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it? [14] But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. [20] to love Jehovah thy God, to obey his voice, and to cleave unto him; for he is thy life, and the length of thy days; that thou mayest dwell in the land which Jehovah sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them. Deuteronomy 32:45-47 ASV And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel; [46] and he said unto them, Set your heart unto all the words which I testify unto you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, even all the words of this law. [47] For it is no vain thing for you; because it is your life, and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over the Jordan to possess it. Jeremiah 31:31-34 ASV Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: [32] not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was a husband unto them, saith Jehovah. [33] But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith Jehovah: I will put my law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. [34] And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah; for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith Jehovah: for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.

Help me understand how Jesus our Savior would want the following horrible thing to happen in 1948, to a group of people He loves too. You stated a beautiful thing happened in 1948 but this happened too- In 1948, more than 700,000 Palestinian Arabs - about half of prewar Palestine's Arab population - fled from their homes or were expelled by Zionist militias, during the 1948 Palestine war. Is it really about this land?! Why do so many have to suffer over this small piece of land. Jesus has come, isn’t it now spiritual and the heart. Not land. ? Just looking for understanding. Thank you

Good question. Thanks for writing. The land of Israel was given to the Jewish people by God, and is to be theirs alone. The politics of the land, and the military actions of the land can discourage us, to be sure, but the land belongs to the Jews, per the commandment of God. neither the Jews nor that Arabs are faultless, but it's best to start by having a Biblical perspective, which is the perfect perspective, rather than trying to make sense of things through the actions of man. Hope that this helps. Genesis 13:14, 15 14 And the Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: “Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are-northward, southward, eastward, and westward; 15 for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever. Exodus 32:13 Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Your servants, to whom You swore by Your own self, and said to them, ‘I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven; and all this land that I have spoken of I give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.’ ” Joshua 14:9 So Moses swore on that day, saying, ‘Surely the land where your foot has trodden shall be your inheritance and your children’s forever, because you have wholly followed the Lord my God.’

@@DavidGuzikEnduringWord and the key words being forever. Yet the way I see it is the promise is not the land. This is a spiritual promise of eternal life if they accept Jesus as Savior. The promise came through Isaac all the way to Jesus. -Galatians 3:16 - the promise was Jesus and His eternal life which is the inheritance. Jesus is the true Israel. All who accept Jesus are one in Him and “are” Israel by faith in Him. The land is a symbol of eternal inheritance. This land on earth no longer has any significance. Jesus fulfilled the Old Covenant and now we are under the New Covenant. All who believe in Jesus are grafted into the Olive Tree. And those who do not believe are cut off. Non believing Jews have been cut off. Romans 11.

@@TheNarrowPath40 We will have to agree to disagree. The genesis passage states in very clearly. That wasn't a symbolic or allegorical statement as fare as I can understand, but it was an actual, factual promise. Again, that is just my interpretation. Blessings as you follow Jesus!

An inspiring study which sheds much light about the New Covenant yet fails in a few points = although it explains the role of Israel in the New Covenant, -yet fails to discuss the need of the Jewish people becoming believers in Christ in order to be part of the New Covenant, -he also fails to define the role of the gentile believer in Christ which was previously an "alien" but has become citizens of the Kingdom of Israel, with all the rights that a citizen has (for that matter same as adopted child, or grafted branch into the Good Olive Tree/Israel) -Also another point this Pastor fails to discuss, is the time factor, which needs to follow the roadmap presented by the New Testament, in which a proper study of Revelation shows that it is AT THE END THE MILLENNIUM, that New Jerusalem, ultimately the throne of Christ finally settles not in this earth as we know it but instead "in the earth made new" (AFTER ALL JESUS SAID THAT HIS KINGDOM WAS NOT OF THIS EARTH). Apparently, the earth made new or purified, keeps the map of this earth as we know it, since Revelation and Zacharias tells us that it is in the land of Israel (more specifically the Mount of Olives) in the earth made new that the New Jerusalem is going to settle. -this earth made new is frequently forgotten as being the place of the Kingdom of Christ, not this earth as we know it which we told us His kingdom was not of this world. The books of the NT having the last word or final roadmap of the prophetic message as part of the New Testament...as the last word. A unified understanding is the proper way of understanding concerning who is the Israel of Christ, as described in the two points below=. = 1) Yes the Kingdom of Israel, a nation and its the government are all realities, but not of this world as we know it...such says Christ and NT books.... -Yet he fails to realize that the Israel of Christ, heir to the throne of David, is not of this world as He Himself said but of this earth made new ( perhaps meaning purified by fire), 2) and that also Israel being the church of Christ is also properly called the Israel of Faith therefore Elder Guzic denial of this identification is an error. = Perhaps more properly we can see it as both: - the physical Kingdom of Israel (its people and its land) - and as a spiritual kingdom (as His church) = both in one, as a theocracy: Christ His kingdom/His church, well described in the scriptures,

I agree with everything you wrote except I don’t think Israel has anything to do with the land. Jesus is the true Israel and everyone who has faith that He is the Messiah has been grafted in and are now one in Him; therefore “spiritual Israel”. I think the land fight of people who have been cut off from the Olive Tree is futile. Leviticus 19:33 says to treat all foreigners as native born. So if these Jews are “following” their 613 laws, this is one of them, and I believe they are breaking it, if they “think” this land is theirs.

The New Covenant is yet to be fulfilled. It will be make with the house of Israel and Judah. Not with the so-called "church". Furthermore Jesus is not the Messiah.
