If the God's Knights appear, it would be interesting to see their Devil Fruits in action with Haki and they would make Doflamingo, an ex-World Noble, the equivalent of Raditz.
i think ur sleeping on doflamingo, he was nerfed and hes prob stronger after he battle luffy, not to mention he was nerfed by law attack which is devastating, law was also able to destroy bigmom because of his hax.
i think the criteria for becoming a God Knight within the celestial dragon families, is to be an individual who was not affected as much by the in-breeding so you are actually smart and healthy enough to even have a chance to become powerful combat-wise.
Probably haki or the families as a whole might lower in rank and have to choose a warrior to settle their debt that individually rise in power? I wonder if the justice of Gods Knights have something to do with doflamingo? Were those the assassins of the world government he was talking about? Did there justice make doffys father resign as a noble?
I do believe that since there is supposedly 9 god knights they are based off of the 9 circles of hell. Since the gorosei have yokai devil fruits, I won’t be surprised each god knights have a fruit that are based off of each circle of hell.
The Celestial Dragon Hierarchical Order is Imu, Gorosei, Holy Knights, and regular CD. The superior of the average CD can become a Holy Knight as protectors to the Holy Land, Gorosei and possibly Imu. Imagine if Holy Knight have broken Haki and DF because of Saturn's experiments on Devil Fruits essence? Garling is Yonko level for scaring a Prime Whitebeard and fight Rocks Pirates.
I think it's probably more like branches of government. Gorosei rule the surface, God's Knights rule in the holy land. But I would assume that matters concerning the holy land probably trump matters that concern the surface. So let's say for instance, a God's Knight stole the gum gum fruit from a CP9 agent. I don't think the Gorosei would be able to do anything about it. Just a completely random scenario that I'm sure in no way will be relevant to the story. Heh heh. 😅
What if the God knights are the chosen warriors of the celestial dragons so they have privilege above the normal humans and navy men… similar to CP0. This also can make slaves as God knights… and the Garling clan are the only knights that are celestial dragons… kinda like game of thrones battles amongst royalty where they choose a champion.

when most of the admiral are already on opposing side to the wg i doubt the god knights would be under them when their practically getting set up to face the entire world along with the pirates.
I think the God's Knights not using masks is a hint that they're not human, as-in they're genetic creations. The great treasure of Marījoa, about which we only know immortality is needed to use, could simply be a machine from the old kingdom, that allows genetic modification and/or creation (hence requiring live force).

Looking at the images of God's Knights I realized they have a sniper, a dual sword user, Shank's dad, etc. And there's 9 of them. They're going to fight the Strawhats in 1v1 fights.
What if there is rampant discrimination in mariejois too, where the goresie and god knights are considered even more supreme beings than regular celestial dragons and the normal ones aren’t allowed to breate the same air as the ones considered supreme
They are definitely above the Admirals. Even when the Holy Land was attacked, they didn't appear. They sent a Fleet Admiral. When the Holy Knights step in, the real battle begins. I believe they will be deployed after Egghead. Edit: I'm under the impression a battle against the Holy Knights will require more than the Revolutionary Army.

The fact that figarland didn't hesitate to fought and potentially defeat some members of rocks and roger pirates are enough to rate him above any admiral or fleet admiral...i would put him in the same bracket where sengoku is ...slightly weaker than likes of prime garp , roger , prime wb , rocks etc ...but again maybe he becomes weaker now because of old age ...so maybe the other knights are as strong as him right now or maybe stronger who knows
Sengoku literally stated that big mom and kaidou weren’t in their primes during god valley. Only rocks whitebeard and shiki were above admirals back then. Everyone else would get washed by kizaru

The God's night are the toppi robbo of the Celestial dragons. They're basically there to give people like chopper, franky, usopp, nami, robin and brook something to do. Garling is there to give Ivankov and the other rev commanders trouble.

I think most if not all of the Marines will defect in the Final War and fight against the WG, after all the truth of the Void Century will make the forces of Justice (any Justice, especially Akainu himself) incompatible with the genocidal tyranny of the WG, they however may form a third faction along side the Pirates and the WG, that makes CP-0, the Seraphim (most likely forcibly grown to peak condition), the God Knights, the Gorosei and Imu as the final boss faction in the war.
Exactly, they both should've destroyed the wg then fought each other. A lot of people theorize that rocks was a better person but obviously he had his own agenda when invading god valley.

As far as the buildup alone, the God's Knights are looking like they're stronger than the Admirals. Garling wasn't sweating when the Rocks crew and a prime Roger crew arrived. If Dragon said he isn't worry about the Marines and just the God's Knights, that's something.
God Knights might be a Saturn experiment similar to Germa 66 but with technology, devil fruits, and haki. Shanks could have been thrown away as a failure much like Ginny and Bonney, while also being a late bloomer like Sanji.

20th family can’t be the Nefertari they defected 800 years ago. They were replaced by The “Mihawk” family. I truly believe Mihawk is a celestial dragon, a good one like Mjosgard.
The god knights are the version of squad 0 from bleach. I don’t necessarily think they are “stronger” than an admiral but definitely equal. Although their power level I’m sure will be all over the place.
There not, only for balance of power, it's only when multiple yonkous start to combine strength which threaten the wg. A big mom and kaido alliance plus let's say blackbeard crew would be devastating for the wg to deal with. I think 4 yonkous are needed to topple the god knights, 5 elders and admirals.
You have to keep in mind that some of the tenryuubito are not the original tenryuubito. Remember flamingo’s was kicked out and replaced by Mosgard. Sabo’s brother and I believe it was another king who had aspirations to be an tenryuubito. Also Vegapunks clone as well tried to bribe her way into being one. Unless EACH member or most are end of arc bosses which i doubt it`s going to happen if we are entering endgame after egghead that means the members ain`t that important , cause that means most with the exception of maybe Garling would get off screened or get solo`d by the strawhats to get to the bigger boss, which let`s be honest at marijoa it`s IMU and the gorosei, and on the marines side is Akainu, on the pirates side it`s BB, so it`s a wrap as far as im concerned and how things are setup currently, which makes them less important to the overall story and how it`s all going to end.
