I have been using a milk thistle tincture after listening to this video , on the first day of taking it I noticed a considerable difference under my eyes which tended have dark circles at the end of the day. I was born with jaundice so I have always tried to help my liver but this milk thistle made a visible improvement in just one day of use so I’m very excited about what it must be doing on the liver itself - thank you so much , I’m so grateful for this information!

Thank you Dr. I'm already taking several sups. That you recommend.. I didn't think it would work. But just a few wks. Later my cholesterol was 350 after a few wks it was down to 175. My dr was shocked. I wasn't there my husband got the info. He said e everyone was amazed. Dr. Asked how did she do that. He asked did she start drinking milk? Has she been taking the prescription I gave her? My husband laughed no.she has been doing a lot of research on the internet about her illness she has found many ways to fix her health concerns. Shortly my vitamin d level is usually only one. Dr checked my report again he didn't noticed my vit. d level was 9. Again he was amazed. We had for about 2 yrs been trying to get my d level up. I have autoimmune hepatitis. I drink cup of hot water in the morning with lemon juice drink that first thing. Then I take three NOW Liver Refresh capsules a day. And my ALT/AST have come down my bilirubin also came down to normal.

Milk thistle is a lifesaver to give me the extra boost to maintain my blood glucose level. I’ve been on the Keto carb diet and while that helps immensely along with exercise, the dawn phenomenon effect always seems to elevate my levels daily. I did some additional research to understand why my liver may be responding and how I may combat the problem. I learned of several supplements or plants that may help my liver work more efficiently and milk thistle was one of them. I tested my glucose on the fourth day after taking the supplement and I was stunned to see a normal range number! I repeated the next morning to be sure and it was again in normal range! I am so chuffed that I found something that is working for me and I can attest that milk thistle works to lower blood glucose.
