Any divorce lawyer worth their salt will tell women if they remarry to get a prenup. I am sure that same advice holds true for ANY second marriages. Prenups are for planning ahead that both parties stay safe if their marriage dissolves. Prenups are not legal loopholes to unfairly gain from the other.
